...what are you/did you do about a winter coat?

It might seem a really minor problem, considering all the other stuff that needs sorting/worrying about, but I think I'm fixating on it to blot out all the other shite

I'm due in early Jan and got an 8 YO DD who was born at start of Dec, but I can't remember for the life of me what I did when I was preg with her! I have to walk an hour a day to take DD to/from school and can't afford to get a huge tent of a coat just for a few months.

Any help would be appreciated

I got a brand new maternity coat from topshop via ebay, as I'm due in March, it's for an entire winter. They do go for quite a bit of money on there so if you did ever buy one, you'd be able to get a pretty good resell price even for a used one. Last time I was due in January, I just kept my coat open and had a big scarf. I will be walking more outside this winter tho, and standing for a while outside when DS goes to the park etc.

I'm with PinkTulips - was perpetually roasting when pg, so just wore my own coat unfastenened, or no coat at all. I looked well 'ard
