Thought I'd miscarried - still bleeding but pregnancy test positive??

Hi,
I'm new here and just wanted a bit of advice. I'm in early pregnancy and started bleeding on Tuesday which was at around 6 weeks. I bled a fair amount, started off as dark blood but turned to red. It's not pouring out but there is a fair amount like a period, felt a bit crampy on the first day but that's all. I just resigned myself to the fact that it's a miscarraige, then yesterday (Thursday) the bleeding slowed right down and then in the evening I suddenly felt I might still be pregnant, just a feeling and peeing quite a lot. Well today (Fri) I've done a pregnancy test which is still positive (but I've heard they can be for a while after pregnancy loss) so now I'm not sure, I'm still bleeding today. I have to speak to the doc again on Mon with regard to either a preg test (she doesn't know i've done this one today) or an early scan.
I didn't plan on being pregnant at all, infact it was a complete shock and still not sure how it happened as we were very careful. I have had four children already, eldest daughter is 12 1/2, son is 10, we lost our second gorgeous son when he was four (2002) from a brain tumour, and we have a beautiful 10 month old baby girl.
I'm quite chilled about it as at 38!! I've been round the block a few times.
I miscarried in 2003 when we were trying for a baby, but didn't know until my 12 week scan when there was no heartbeat, I'd had a bit of spotting earlier that week but nothing significant.
Anyway that's enough from me - any advice??

I’m going through a similar situation to you, had my last period in dec 2017 . Did s pregnancy test in jan 2018 and it was positive.. acc to my lmp I should be 10 weeks along . Had brown bleeding almost like a discharge on Sunday went for a scan on Tuesday and all they could see was the sac no fetal pole, nurse said it’ was either an early pregnancy (6 week according to scan) or possibly leading to miscarriage . Booked me in for another scan in 2 weeks time Iv been bleeding like a normal period today but no pain .,just hoping all is well and I’m still pregnant

Help please, I have done to rounds of ivf failed. But last week got a positive on digital test stating 1-2 weeks pregnant. So was rapped to have fallen pregnant naturally. But had experienced 2 days of light bleeding with a few clots to start but nothing second day. Went to Dr had bloods and came back

I'm new here, I had my oeriod last week from 20th to 25th November then on 1st december found that i was bleeding which was unusual.
On sunday (2nd dec) i took a test and it said positive with 1 - 2 weeks on it. Have taken 2 further tests ever since and had the same positive test.
However I'm getting a bit of an uncomfortable feeling at the bottom left of my pelvis and still bleeding a dark red/brown. Its not majorly heavy, looks very light when I wipe (excuse the TMI).
Could I be pregnant? Am I having a miscarriage?
I don't know what to do or how to feel as my husband and I have just started trying. Can it happen this quick? My period was just last week (ish)...

Hi everyone i found out yesterday im 5 weeks pregnant and scared cause back in feb i mc at 6weeks. Last night was brown blood on my pants and when i wrapped. Strange thing is there was no more till about 3pm this afternoon. Its only when i wrap not all time. None in my pee its watery brown.

Early scan book in monday

I ve had dirreha head ache feeling sick all today. Odd twinge but no pain no clots or bright red.

Doc check my tum no pain at all. Am i losing another baby

Hello I suppose to be 2months old on 5 January which is tomorrow but I started bleeding on 3 and I was rushed to hospital upon the bleeding and clot I did internal scanning and scan still show there still baby in my womb.Still bleeding but not like yesterday.I am booked for next scan on the 10 of January but I am worried
