suiledonn · 25/08/2008 21:24

Hospitalised with hyperemesis on first pregnancy - girl.

This time extremely ill for 6 weeks, lost a stone but managed to stay out of hospital - will know boy/girl in 10 weeks.

MissPitstop · 25/08/2008 21:26

I have 3 DS. Ive had hyperemesis in all three of my previous pregnancies. I was hospitalised several time during each one. I am now pg with DC4 and have not been feeling sick as yet, only very early days but was sick before tests showed pg on all the others! Maybe my body has learnt that you dont need to be sick hourly to grow a baby, maybe this one is a girl, maybe not. Im just hoping I can get through this PG without spending days at a time in hospital so I can look after my 3 lovely boys!

minouminou · 31/08/2008 00:34

hyperemesis in 1st PG, boy
already starting with this one (currently 7 weeks) so obviously dunno sex yet (and neither does s/he just yet, either!)

ilooklikegrotbagstoday · 04/03/2011 19:11

Hyperemesis both times, hospitalised 2nd time and both lovely boys

nannyl · 04/03/2011 19:32

I have hyperemis at the moment Sad and have been hospitalised.

No idea what it is yet (but am hoping for a girl and looks like the odds are slightly in my favour Smile)

Am amazed how so many people who have had hyperemisis have had more children.... HOW do you look after a baby /toddler when so extremly poorly for such a long time, while pg with the next?

I wanted 4 children before getting pg... thinking 2 might be the limit now... and have today realised i cant take my anti-sick pills while breast feeding which is making my 2 close together dream even more difficult, as really want to breast feed for a year, and want a 15m - 18m age gap!
