What random advice/thing are you convinced helped you get pregnant?

What do you think and fully believe helped you when trying to conceive?

That’s how I got my amazing dd.

Ovulation strips, end off. I had no idea how short was my fertile window/peak… literally not even a day (I tested twice a day). Without tracking I’m sure I would never got pregnant…

Lying on back and elevating legs and torso upwards after sex

Make sure you orgasm, lie back with legs in the air. Also conception friendly lube!

Cut out all caffeine, took me 2.5 years and found out at my first fertility appointment that I was pregnant after cutting caffeine out that cycle. Second time I cut it out at the start of my cycle and was pregnant again that cycle…might be nothing to it but worth a go!

Have a ONS with someone you really shouldn't. Works in soap operas.

@Reallynotsure25 , most of them are conceived by a man and woman having sexual intercourse.

Cutting out caffeine is my one too. I was well within the acceptable limit but I’m convinced giving up completely made a difference for me.
