Maybe I am being over sensitive but so far comments I have had are as follows:

After saying how ill I had been feeling with MS "Oh I was NEVER sick with ANY of my pregnancies"

The next time this was said was elaborated on with "I hardly put on ANY weight in my pregnancies"

And then most recently, after showing the scan photo "Oh you are going to get really big I can tell"

Am I being over sensitive or do folk just not think before they talk 😂 I am adding laughing emoji as i know none of it was said with malice but I knew I could rant about it here! Would love to hear comments you have had that made you a little 😮

We had the opposite. Absolutely wanted a surprise and it annoyed so many people! Just ignore.

Its each to their own though.

If people dont want to find out the sex thats absolutely ok!
If people want to find out.. that is again absolutely ok!!

One of my colleagues who was pregnant chose not to find out, i respected her decision!

For me i wanted to be ready, i wanted to put them in colours when they were born, rather than waiting until baby was here to buy more clothes to put them in colour😅
And im a stiffler for wanting to sort the bedroom... rather than having it neutral i wanted to add a colour. Our chosen colour and theme is dinosaurs for him.

But theres a lot of beautiful neutral bedrooms on google that you see!

Either decision is ok, i just think people make a massive fuss of it😂

Probably not, but when telling someone how unwell/sick miserable you have been it isn't really helpful to hear "I was NEVER sick" (4 times from same person) 😂As I say I know no malice was intended but I am getting tempted to just stop visiting this person 😂 (a joke I wouldn't actually do that)

People like to talk about themselves. That's all they had to say on the topic. That isn't same as saying say YOU shouldn't be sick. They referred to their most relevant experience.

I completely agree everybody should do exactly what they want.
I have never been into colours for particular sexes so went the other way and didn't want to be inundated with a pile of pink dresses ( that I knew MIl would get if given the choice!) or blue superhero clothes. She did try and get them into that sort of stuff but they all roundly rejected it!
