Miscarriage followed by a missed miscarriage

Hi everyone,
I had a miscarriage November 2023 and then a missed miscarriage in May 2024. Has anyone had a successful pregnancy after experiencing similar?

I’m 44. I had a missed miscarriage last August. And a chemical in April this year.
ive just found out I’m pregnant again. I’ve fallen pregnant twice since having weekly acupuncture.
but I’m terrified. My lines done seem to be progressing.
