For me it's a juicy medium rare steak. Then sushi.
Citrus makes me sick but I'd love a huge glass of orange juice too.

@gogohmm those things are on the nhs list for foods to avoid: www.nhs.uk/pregnancy/keeping-well/foods-to-avoid/

I was gasping for a glass of red wine…and the big day arrived…and it was a bit tasteless and disappointing! It took me a few weeks to get back to the point of enjoying red wine again…took a while for my body to adjust. It was a big anticlimax!

I'm dying for sushi and red bull! Also really craving smoked salmon. I could eat it by the bucket loads with cream cheese

Sorry to say this but everything tasted horrible to me after birth. Couldn't wait to have sushi and it was horrible 2 days after giving birth.
I was dying for a glass of champagne which I had and also tasted awful.
I guess it was something to do with hormons, a few months later it was all OK 😂

@elm26 I know! As I said I’ve gone off them. The sight of runny eggs makes me want to vomit :(

Urgh I hate this pregnancy sickness/nausea!

I've had Hyperemesis from the start and I'm now 38 weeks and literally sick of feeling sick!

I had gestational diabetes and DD was born in the middle of winter - I was mostly craving mashed potato by the end. DH bought me a jacket potato from the hospital canteen the day after DD was born and it was the most delicious thing. Brie was the other thing I missed most from day 1.

Never mind food... I want a massive Gin and Tonic!!
