HELP WITH TEST POSITIVE OR FALSE DUE TO MEDICATION

Hi really hoping for replies as I’m freaking out
currently about 4 days late but had taken 2 microgynon pills (don’t take them regularly it’s due to me and my partner being on holiday and didn’t want a period) I kept feeling period like pains the bloating super bloating!!, back aches lower abdominal pain and just urghhh my reason for taking the 2 microgynon as I thought period was coming but my main symptom is huge warm swollen tingling boobs and the most sensitive nipples known to man!! No sickness or anything feel quite hungry at times (not usually me) so my partner suggested we get a test while we are on holiday anyway 🤦🏾‍♀️ after what feels like a MILLION tests later they are all positive!!!! However this is where it gets tricky I had taken 2 of my anti sickness pills due to a buggy ride (was awful bumpy and hadn’t done a test at the time) my anti sickness tablets are called Prochlorperazine 5mg and I took 2 that day which was Thursday that same day is when I done my test and was positive faint lines but positive so like anyone I ran out bought 10 more and out of all I only had 2 negatives I read online my medication can cause false positives now I’m soooooo in limbo as to wether it can be the medication I took (now Sunday) (stopped all medications since first positive )4 days ago could still be making false positives 😔 what are the chances does anyone know please please help all positives came up rather quickly and like mentioned the 2 I had negative were the covid like type with pipette

also I cannot get clear blue or digital out here!!! They are both different brands as you can see and test seems to be darker in the evening than first thing on a morning

And for people saying stop wasting money number 1 it's not coming out of your purse and also they are like home bargins price here!

@Rainbowglittersparkle it's really hard to compare because they are different brands & also the fact you'd had quite a lot of fluid by the sounds of it. You'd need a minimum 4/5 hour hold with no fluids to get an accurate idea at this point as so many things can effect the result. It's definitely positive again but doesn't look much darker x

@timetosave do you think this could be down to test sensitive and fluid in take x

@Rainbowglittersparkle it could be, although I'd imagine even in other countries their tests would be the same sensitivity as the standard ones in the UK. It also might be a bit lighter even though you're past AF date if you ovulated later etc, lots of factors.

@timetosave I will try that from now however other half is saying I'm not to buy any more test coz he's saying it's a definite 😂🤣 but it's hard to actually believe xx

Never wanted to be home so bad! Update to all

I started (even with positive test ) 3 different types and brands bleeding yesterday ranged from red to a pink and passed a small clot half the size of my little finger bleeding went on and off all day however I freaked out as any of us would went to Egyptian hospital other half was totally against the idea and THANK GOD for travel insurance!!! Well what an experience the doctor at the main main hospital was in normal
Clothes smoking outside while checking me in! As were other doctors and nurses all in there own clothes the toilet well let's not even go there! I showed him picture of the blood he said ohhh not a lot anyway they done my bloods god I screamed and really didn't want it doing due to the uncleanliness of the whole place but I thought right right grin and bear it to her answers blood just says on health report NEGATIVE!!!!!!!! So 30+ test and negative bloods!!! There's no numbers or anything like there are for other things they tested for for it just says pregnant - negative

Bleeding today still not like a normal period you know when you wake up on a morning to a normal period sorry for the TMI you kinda feel like that gush of ohhh no here it is and run to the bathroom nothing like that and still needing to pee every 5 mins!

@Rainbowglittersparkle shocked to say the least OP! what an experience. It's hard to know for sure but it does sound like you maybe had a 'chemical' which delayed your period coming & that's why your tests never got much darker, then when the levels have eventually dropped you've started to bleed, that's the only logical explanation I can think for all of this, because some of your tests were quite** positive! What a time, hope you are doing ok
