Hello! Thought I'd start this group as it doesn't seem to exist yet and would be good to hear from anyone due in November! I know it's ridiculously early days but it's nice to have other people going through the same thing at the same time ☺️ x

@CSR721 awww same! I'm having the insomnia waking up at 4am thing and am also a primary school teacher with 4 year olds 🤦🏻‍♀️. Only part time fortunately as I haven't gone back full time since my toddler but 3 days is hard enough! I struggled doing the full week last time! Are you full time? x

CSR721 · 10/03/2022 17:31

@MLB1984 yeah I'm full time, as I don't have any children yet. I've already told my husband I won't be going back full time after baby x

Nervousdave · 10/03/2022 18:45

Thanks @FourOclock !
I might have requested a million times, it kept not opening anything other than my homepage 🙈

Nic1205 · 10/03/2022 19:09

Can I join, I got my bfp today 😁

Excited but nervous as have a 10 month old also. So 2 under 2 will be interesting.
Happened quicker than expected as I am 40.

Congratulations to you all.
I would like to join the Facebook group too.

FourOclock · 10/03/2022 19:17

Let me know if the Facebook link stops working, I think it only works for 20 requests and then refreshes but I've lost track how many requests there have been 🙈

PiggyBean · 10/03/2022 19:20

Congrats to everyone! Got my bfp last week but feeling anxious as it's my first one since my miscarriage last year.

CatLady1994 · 10/03/2022 19:43

I'm now around 6.5 weeks... the nausea is finally starting to appear! Nearly had to make a dash to the loo at lunchtime today!Confused

But my main symptom so far is fatigue! I'm absolutely pooped all the time, and the insomnia isn't helping! I actually had a nap yesterday when I had a couple of hours free while working from home Wink Nobody at work knows yet but feeling like I'll have to tell my boss soon if my symptoms start to get in the way of me working!

Fredstheteds · 10/03/2022 19:49

28th October - 2nd baby and 40 this time. Fingers crossed

Babyno1in22 · 10/03/2022 19:56

I got pregnant whilst recovering from long covid and was just starting to feel better when my symptoms hit. Good news is I'm used to the fatigue from the long covid! And I'm currently off work because of it too so I can nap as much as I need to. I feel for all you mamas working!

SunnyDueNov · 10/03/2022 20:53

@linerforlife that’s really interesting, I’d love a little mini me to dress up, although I’ve had no morning sickness and haven’t found myself craving anything or feeling nauseous at all. They say no morning sickness is a sign of a boy. Either way I’d be ecstatic, I just want the baby to be a baby and healthy ❤️

SunnyDueNov · 10/03/2022 20:57

@Babyno1in22, way to turn a negative into a positive, lucky you get to rest enjoy the journey. Sorry to hear about long covid, my brother us a doctor so I’ve been hearing all about how it’s back on the rise now restrictions have been completely lifted. Stay safe mummies to be 💕

SunnyDueNov · 10/03/2022 21:11

@CSR721 wow, you are a super hero! Sounds like such hard work running around after that many children, especially being pregnant. I often think women are amazing, we can cope with so much and suprise ourselves! My best friend is a stunt woman and she always boasts that the human body is amazing and capable of so much! Best of luck to you! You will be fine! It’s lovely hearing everyone’s stories here, feels like you don’t have to go through it alone.

Natalie2304 · 10/03/2022 22:03

@SunnyDueNov I had a girl last time and had no morning sickness at all, not even nausea!

Bramblecrumble21 · 10/03/2022 22:10

Through road closures and worrying about hitting deer on my drive home I made it! My shift runs 7:30 until 8:30. We normally finish at least an hour early, but it wasn't possible today. If I'd felt crap, I could have gone, but surprisingly from about midday I felt fine. I just needed a break from my house and chatty 3 year old. This morning I felt fatigued, so I took a break at 11. Ate some busicuits and a crabstick (which I was loving a few weeks ago but today it was gross). After the quesyness went I felt fine and not fatigued for the rest of the day. I'm not taking iron supplements, just folic acid and vit d, but the way I've felt the past 3 days could be iron defficient animia. I had it last pregnancy, went off the prescribed iron tablets in labour. Then went back on them a week later a blood test. My close family and I are prone to iron deficiency. And I've just read how we will increase our blood supply by 50% in pregnancy.

Bramblecrumble21 · 10/03/2022 22:11

I'm another one for barely any morning sickness with my first, a girl.

ALittleBitofVitriol · 11/03/2022 02:44

See my first was a girl and I was so so sick for months. I lost about 10 kilos.
My boys I had barely any sickness or nausea. 🤷🏻‍♀️

FirstTimeMama22 · 11/03/2022 07:06

Hi Everyone,
Hoping to join. Got my bfp this week and I am an emotional wreck! Grin
I’m 5 weeks today but trying to stay cool, calm and collected after having a miscarriage 8 years ago. I have constant anxiety about it but hoping this time everything goes well 🤞🏻
Congratulations to all of you! So lovely to finally be part of this club after stalking the forums for years Wink

Pamctake2 · 11/03/2022 07:15

Haha I love how everyone has a different experience of pregnancy. My last pregnancy was a boy and I got super lucky because I had zero symptoms throughout apart from I'd sleep like a log for like 10hrs every night. I didn't even get uncomfortable at the end, I randomly walked 5miles to my friends house 2 days before I went into labour just to kill time 🤣 strangely up until about a week before I gave birth I didn't even need to pee loads 🤷🏾‍♀️ I'm sure I won't get that lucky again

roobearbaby · 11/03/2022 09:51

Totally random. Does anyone else here suffer from a crippling fear of being sick?

SunnyDueNov · 11/03/2022 10:24

@roobearbaby I used to, until I had one too many a few times (before pregnancy and actually probably while pregnant without knowing). No one likes being sick, but there’s a sense of relief when you feel sick and finally are sick. I wouldn’t stress about it, there sweets and things that will help with the nausea. I’d just take it as a sign that the baby is fine!

lovepenny · 11/03/2022 13:02

@roobearbaby @SunnyDueNov completely agree! I'm looking forward to feeling my symptoms in a weird way as I know it will bring me lots of comfort

Bramblecrumble21 · 11/03/2022 20:46

We told our three year old there's a baby in my tummy and she didn't believe us. Lol. Probably a good thing because it's a long wait. She said my tummy is still the way it always is. She'll believe when she can see a bump.

Justawannabemam · 11/03/2022 21:09

Hi all.

Had my 6 week scan today

We have TRIPLETS cannot believe it . One of our transferred embies split so 2 in one sac . 1 in another . Due 2nd Nov but I guess they'll come early. X I'm off to bed I feel so tired I think its the shock x

Natalie2304 · 11/03/2022 21:16

@Justawannabemam oh my gosh! That's amazing! Congratulations!
