Hello! Thought I'd start this group as it doesn't seem to exist yet and would be good to hear from anyone due in November! I know it's ridiculously early days but it's nice to have other people going through the same thing at the same time ☺️ x

@Beantu that's great, not long to go. These next couple of weeks are going to be torture 🙈 mine is on the 24th. Let me know how you get on. Everything crossed 🤞🏼

Pamctake2 · 10/03/2022 10:08

@FourOclock

I have made the group so please feel free to DM me your names so I can search for you and add you! Smile
I've messaged you, I also had a fb group for my last pregnancy and it was great 🥰
Pamctake2 · 10/03/2022 10:10

@Emmah120595

Good morning ladies I’ve come into work this morning and I’ve started spotting. Having very mild stomach cramps as well, almost like light period cramps. Worrying a bit but hopefully all ok. I’m 5 weeks + 3 days today
Spotting can be so worrying but I was in a group for my last pregnancy and we did a poll and of the 100 or so people in there I think 40 had spotting in the first trimester and went on to have healthy pregnancies so it definitely isn't a sure indication of anything bad. I'd say if the pain gets worse or bleeding gets heavy then call your local EPU. Sending you lots of positivity and love ❤️
Emmah120595 · 10/03/2022 13:14

@Pamctake2 bleeding is getting a bit more red now but still no pain. I’m only one in work at the moment as my boss is on holiday in Spain, feel so unsure of what to do! Maybe wait it out. Midwife said to go to a and e if it gets worse

Natalie2304 · 10/03/2022 13:17

@Emmah120595 how much spotting do you have?

Emmah120595 · 10/03/2022 13:24

@Natalie2304 had brown watery for about 3/4 hours. Went on a 30 min walk during lunch and it’s red but lightly bleeding. Kind of like a day after period where you get some left over blood.

Natalie2304 · 10/03/2022 13:29

I'd keep an eye on it and phone if it gets any heavier or painful. I had a MC about 5weeks ish a long time ago and it very quickly turned into a full flow. Sending lots of love xx

roobearbaby · 10/03/2022 13:30

I'm due 13th November! 4 weeks and 4 days today. Been trying for 5 years and this is our first positive. We are so excited, but also nervous. Congratulations everyone x

Greymalkin12 · 10/03/2022 14:08

@FourOclock I think I've sent a DM!

Pamctake2 · 10/03/2022 14:28

@Emmah120595 it's so hard this early on because unless it's heavy bleeding I'm not sure what A&E would do, I've been in with spotting before in early pregnancy and they either refer you to EPU or just tell you to go home and see what happens. Really hope it subsides this afternoon for you xx

Pamctake2 · 10/03/2022 14:29

@roobearbaby Congratulations, how bloody exciting to see those 2 lines after all your time trying 🥰

SunnyDueNov · 10/03/2022 14:53

Has anyone else experienced extreme fatigue but insomnia at like 3am/4am and crazy vivid dreams? I’m pretty sure it’s the hormones but I’m still early days at 6 weeks, although I feel like it’s likely only 4 weeks. Anyone only have a really demanding high performing job but physically just can’t! Don’t know how I’m going to get through another 7.5 - 8 months ....

Yes exactly this! I'm so tired. And only at 4 weeks...
CSR721 · 10/03/2022 15:03

@SunnyDueNov you've pretty much described my symptoms exactly 😂 I'm a primary school teacher running after 7 year olds all day and I'm really struggling to keep up and have enough energy to get all my planning and marking done once the kids have left. Thankfully I've got a student at the moment to lighten the load a little but I'm not sure how I'm going to cope when she's gone. And then same thing I'm waking up between 3.30 and 5.30 every morning 😴😴😴 I'm only 5w+3

Oh my god SO tired! I've been waking at 5am everyday too!

I heard it gets better and easier in the second trimester, but that’s when you fill out and everyone gets to know. Kind of excited about that stage. Apparently it’s better than the first and last uncomfortable periods. I had lots of miscarriage concerns too because first trimester is the highest risk, but decided not to think like that and focus on positivity and happiness. What will be will be. Looking forward to sleeping in this weekend as I’m sure are most of us here if we get the chance. How amazing is this though, growing a whole human inside of us!

MLB1984 · 10/03/2022 16:01

@FourOclock I really can't work out how to dm
you! Does anyone else know how?

Had burning pains in my cervix area again today, called a midwife and they said it can be normal as everything is expanding but don't remember it at all from last time! Really worried as I keep thinking it's a miscarriage sign 😭 my anxiety is bad today! Need to get a grip 🤦🏻‍♀️

@SunnyDueNov I'm only 3+5 and shattered every single minute. Have a 2.5 year old too so no weekend lay in here!!!
It does get better in 2nd trimester and it is a lovely couple of weeks (or was for me) I got high BP from 30 weeks but from about 11-30 weeks was lovely!

Hi everyone! I am due 9th November - wasn't planning to be as my DD is not even two yet! I had a very hard time of it last time with pregnancy, so whilst I'm over the moon, I'm nervous about how I'll cope this time. Any tips on how to enjoy pregnancy welcome Grin We will probably have a scan at around 7 weeks as we did that last time and found it reassuring.

Mummabearrr93 · 10/03/2022 16:28

Thanks @FourOclock have requested to join x

linerforlife · 10/03/2022 17:03

@SunnyDueNov I was like that in my last pregnancy and also really hungry at like 4am. A midwife hold me it was a sign of a girl - I had a girl!! I wonder if the old wives tale will ring true with you!
