How old was you when you had ur little ones?

DP wants more but I’m done (both mid forties). I also have back pain, which I think is pregnancy related - Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD). Started after 2nd pregnancy and worsened after 3rd.
I’d also have to give up work if we had anymore as work is pressured and we’re just about managing as it is. Nursery fees for the last two DC was eye watering!

25 and 41

20 & 29

I would hope my own DD's are a bit older than I was. Our tween is wonderful but 20 seems so young to me now. 29 seemed very normal and I was definitely more mature by then.

29 with DS...am 31 now hoping to have DC2 when 32!

Interesting to see all the ages in the comments as I always thought most had their DCs 2 years apart, I thought I was going against the grain planning a 3/4 year age gap 😂

26.5, 29, 34

27 and 31 (I have a 4.5yr old and a 3 week old). First daughter unplanned but our second daughter was planned. Feel complete as a family of four but feeling kind of sad I’ll never be pregnant again!

28, 30, 33 and I will be 37 when my last one is born.

25 and 35 - I wouldn't recommend having such a big gap!

28 and 30. Had DC2 two weeks ago, I'd have liked a third but husband has said we're done which is probably for the best financially!

My husband and I are both 34 now having our first! I'm glad that we waited until we were ready, we had 12 amazing years of just the 2 of us before starting a family!

We have 3.5 years and I love it! I do know lots of people with a 2 year gap but I couldn't have coped with that. I know several people with bigger age gaps too. Pros and cons to all age gaps in my opinion!

So nice to see other 'oldies' here! I often feel the odd one out being 35 and pregnant with my first now (if this one sticks), feels like everyone else has had theirs in their twenties.

So yes, will be fast approaching 36 when this one is born.
