How painful is childbirth on a scale of 1-10?

1 being a breeze
and ...
10 being the absolute worst pain imaginable?

I am due in March. First baby and would like to know what I’m in for...

I’m going to rate the peak contractions as a 10 and the actual pushing side as a 8. Don’t mean to scare you and everyone is different but for me the contractions are ever so painful and the worst part of my experience x

Get an epidural. It’s bliss.

Thank god for C sections is all I can say.

10. The pain is like nothing you will ever experience BUT it is the most wonderful feeling you will ever experience at the same time. A million times worth it. I am doing it for a 6th time (i hope!) so there's proof.
