I’m going to rate the peak contractions as a 10 and the actual pushing side as a 8. Don’t mean to scare you and everyone is different but for me the contractions are ever so painful and the worst part of my experience x

  1. The pain is like nothing you will ever experience BUT it is the most wonderful feeling you will ever experience at the same time. A million times worth it. I am doing it for a 6th time (i hope!) so there's proof.
