Hey guys, both due April 30th with our 1st. Obviously it’s a personal question and if you don’t want to answer it, then I fully understand, but just wondering what people paid for a full set pram bundle ? Or even a pram on its own ? I know you can budget, but we feel by paying that extra for quality, you will get the benefits of long term usage, plus if we eventually have another baby, it will come in handy for that to. Seen a full multiple bundle set for the I-Candy on sale for £695 and that includes Trolley Pram, Carry cot, carry cot mattress, Car seat, Adapters , parasol etc. Anyone think this is a decent deal ? If so, what would you expect to pay ?

Sounds a brilliant deal! I paid over £800 for a Egg pram, carrycot bundle for my granddaughter.
I second using Which to check out items, especially the car seats.

Second hand! My last was an out n about nipper double that I bought for £200 then sold for the same! I couldn't justify spending shed load of money on a pram
See, I’m the opposite. It’s something you use every day and potentially will use again for a 2nd child. I think it’s perfectly justified spending big on a pram set, especially when it comes with everything. Each to their own like I say. I just personally wouldn’t spend money on 2nd hand sets.

£80 for Cosatto giggle 2 pram, carry cot, car seat, rain covers, foot muff and changing bag second hand on FB marketplace. It was barely used and is in great condition, looks almost new.

Couldn't afford much and thought this was a great deal

@Tblock don't see why people are gettin up ur arse about paying £600 for what u have got, it's ur choice to spend what u want, I was prepared to spend over 1k when we first got ours it was our first baby we had the means and wanted something that was nice and would last when we had our 2nd child. I feel u get what u pay for, my friend had a cheeper pushchair ( can't mind what brand) and it shite to push really hard work. You spend what u want to

Tblock · 26/11/2020 16:51

@88bowie, I did think that. I understand people have budgets and don’t particularly want to spend loads on it, but I don’t believe you should be criticised for wanting to spend big on a new set bundle, especially when it’s a good brand. I’m totally in agreement to, you definitely get what you pay for in my opinion. The 5 year guarantee for new items is also a massive deal. I just wouldn’t pay for a 2nd hand pram. No offence to the people that have

@ShalomToYouJackie, fair play, like you said, you were on a budget and couldn’t go much higher, so fair enough.
