My list is soooo long, but I’ll start:

  • the inside of my handbag
  • loose change
  • zips, chains or anything metallic
  • cling film, especially if it’s picked up the inside of the bag smell
  • stale coffee

Any more for any more?

The smell of the oven heating up or the radiators coming on 🤢 absolute misery.

Also tooth brushing - I'm full term and still puking after brushing teeth.

When suffering from a particularly bad case of nausea one day my mum gave me some left over pizza my brother had had. It had , unbeknownst to me, tuna jalapeños and barbecue sauce on it which is not a combination I am comfortable with Grin after throwing my guts up quite spectacularly I will now never eat bbq sauce again (never liked tuna anyway but now even at 26 weeks the mere sight of it makes me want to throw up)

For me it’s coffee (used to love it, now hate it) and zero-alcohol beer/wine. DH bought me a load of it when we found out I was pregnant but for some reason I now can’t stand it Sad

The trickiest I had was water, whether it was for drinking or washing hands or cooking or showering I would feel sick the minute it was near. I could even smell water if it was mixed with something so washing up liquid I could still smell water and feel sick. Happened every pregnancy.

The other was a washing powder no idea which one but one person I worked with used it and I would near infant be sick!

The grill and coronation chicken, which I previously loved but will never eat again!

Water used to make me gag. I could only drink sparkling water or anything fizzy. It's hard to believe that this time last year I was right in the worst of it. Actually funnily enough some Halloween stuff is bringing it all right back as I remember watching programmes with the DC and feeling beyond miserable. DS played a YouTube video the other day that he loved last year and I just got a quesy feeling from just hearing it
