@Sazzigee Agree yours is difficult but if pushed I'd say boy though if you had another image that might be the decider!

Nothing wrong with my English language I can assure you 🤣I can even speak 3 more. Maybe it's down to quick typing bring a busy mum or just not paying too much attention to busybodies 🤣

This whole world is so concerned about upsetting people who fall under a certain category. Whether it's GENDER, Race, religion etc it's ridiculous that people can't just be treated equally as people! we are all the same underneath our exterior appearance!! You may be more educated on these things but Your grave won't be any deeper than mine. Be humble.

It's not about being corrected it's the fact it's so irrelevant - I certainly for one won't be changing my ENGLISH to please anyone on this site or anywhere else for that matter.

In my opinion it's a gender, if that doesn't suit so be it! To all jumping on the it's sex not gender bandwagon - you didn't even need to click on my post could have just bypassed it! So much drama! Like the world isn't evil enough without keyboard warriors adding a little more misery to someone's day! Grow up! Move along!

Haha really? There are many ways to spell LILLIE and it's down to parent choice, same as many other names that can be spelt in various ways, ur point is invalid and shows your lack of knowledge on anything let alone English 😂😂
But if you really want to get into it, Lillie is named after, 3 generations in my family, Lillie was my great grandma, spelt exactly as I've spelt my daughters name, many many many years ago! How ridiculous

tbh most sites and literature still use the terms gender and sex interchangeable so maybe these folks need to go and get that all changed first

Yep I agree with that. I don’t know if it’s coyness about the word s e x that has made the word gender interchangeable. Which is odd when you consider how babies are made ;)

Of course she can. And it turns out that men and boys can use whatever word they like too! So if the OP has a girl who grows up to be sporty, she shouldn’t be surprised when she has to race against boys who call themselves girls, because they say their “gender” is female and saying those words is all you need to do to compete against girls.
