Is lack of actual sickness a bad thing?

I’ve had nausea - feeling like I’m going to be sick, gagging etc and thrown up once or twice - I’m nearly 11 weeks but haven’t been physically sick much and I’m wondering if that’s a bad sign as I was reading on another thread where people said they had MC when they didn’t have sickness

I have never vomited in my first/second pregnancies or labour and went on to have two healthy children. Now pregnant with my third and so far so lucky (hoping my luck continues!). I am 12 weeks, so no just because you don't have morning sickness doesn't mean anything.

I'm now 23 weeks into a healthy pregnancy, felt quite nauseous from 6 to 13 weeks but only physically vomited twice, once at 10 weeks and once last Thursday. Coincidentally last Wednesday a close friend told me she's 6 weeks pregnant - does sympathy morning sickness exist? Smile

2 pregnancies, no sickness with either only mild nausea with one and nothing with the other. Don't worry x
