20 weeks.....
Need to wee about 3 times during the night, goodness knows what it will be like later
Not sleeping well
Always tired
Feel fat, even my Mum says I’m fat
Such swollen feet I can’t get any shoes on

To be honest though these last 4 weeks have been so much better than the early part, was so nauseous

.. and it’s all worth it when I had the scan last week and saw him kicking and waving away

kkl1 · 08/06/2019 22:26

Is any one eles 15 weeks an feel baby moving yet as I no people that are 15 weeks an sayin they can feel there baby move so just abit worried really as this is my first

Am looking forward to finding out what I'm having tho I'm having a early scan so will find out in 2 weeks I have a few medical problems so I get scan a lot I've got one at 17 weeks 18 weeks 20 weeks and 27 weeks though so far so to make time not drag count down to each scan instead of due date haha xx

HJWT · 08/06/2019 22:40

@kkl1 you wont feel it this early with your first, this is my second iv felt proper kicks today and movement for around 3 weeks 😄 xx

cocodash · 09/06/2019 06:32

@kkl1 I didn't feel any movement until about 18 weeks, n even at that I wasn't sure as I thought it could just be my tummy or that I had wind or needed to poo haha

By 20ish weeks I could definitely define it was the baby. Try not to worry about it at this stage.

katmarie · 09/06/2019 06:47

I'm 21 + 4 and on my third chest infection since 8 weeks. I'm not sleeping, I've spent a week coughing and barking like a seal, and I suspect I'm going to have to be signed off for another week. Again. So work love me at the moment. My house is a mess, because I also have low iron and zero energy to do anything. I want to go back to ed and sleep but I cant because every time I lie down my lungs feel like they are closing up.

And the doctors keep saying 'just have to ride it out, nothing we can do.' Fed up now.

SurreyisSunny · 09/06/2019 09:54

@kkl1 yes I’m 20 weeks and not yet feeling any proper movement

You can find out gender from 16 weeks. I had a private scan at Window in the womb. Very affordable no definitely worth it

kkl1 · 09/06/2019 11:00

This isn't my first it's my third lol and yer I'm finding out early what I'm having just 2 weeks Togo I've woke up today and my boobs are so sore today how's every one eles doing

OP posts:
greyby25 · 09/06/2019 11:28

Sore boobs are the worst OP, I feel for you. I've managed to get my eczema slightly more under control so feeling good today ! However I've developed a waddle Grin

greyby25 · 09/06/2019 11:28

Also window to the womb got my babies sex wrong in my first pregnancy Blush

kkl1 · 09/06/2019 21:01

@greyby25 @kkl1 they got my nieces wrong told her boy it was a girl 😩 so when I had mine at 15 weeks I went somewhere else and they got it right! Hard not to though when you see the little penis 👶🏻😂 DH was in shock x

greyby25 · 10/06/2019 16:53

Wishing you the best for your scan OP ! That sounds scary ! @HJWT they told me my daughter was a boy as her foot looked like a penis, they determined sex off the 3D scan (which they aren't supposed to do!) rather than the 2D 🤦🏻‍♀️ x

Cici95 · 10/06/2019 16:54

22+2 and feeling very waddley all of a sudden. Thank goodness the sickness is over, but I just feel so bloated and full all the time!

Having almost a daily headache (been checked over by doctor, blood pressure and water intake is fine - probably a desk job type of thing!!) Plus a new level of exhaustion/tiredness that is a constant, no matter the 7/8pm bedtimes!

Generally feeling quite sorry for myself even though OH is a sweetheart and will help as much as he can, I hope everyone else starts feeling a bit back to normal soon!!

MummyBear405 · 10/06/2019 17:12

Reading this thread has actually been so comforting!! I've wanted to get pregnant for so long but I'd never given much thought to what would happen when I got here!!

I'm 7 weeks today but I've had terrible morning sickness for the last 2 weeks and in all honestly I'm already feeling a bit fed up! I really want to enjoy the pregnancy but it is still early days I suppose. Today has been one of my better days so I'm actually super excited about eating something other than dry crackers for dinner tonight!

We've got this ladies, keep on trucking! Grin

motherofcats81 · 10/06/2019 17:28

I've got terrible headaches too @Cici95, they are horrible! I really did not realise that pregnancy came with just feeling so generally shit - all this glowing nonsense, I most definitely am not! At least everyone knows now though so I don't have to pretend to be fine..

mishmash33 · 10/06/2019 17:29

I'm 31 weeks and on my 5th. I'm so tired, everything aches, no sleep, no patience. Also this was the last chance salon for a girl (4 boys already 🙋🏻‍♀️) and it's a boy. I realise I'm lucky and he's healthy ect but I'm sooo sensitive to all the comments about how they loved having a girl and the like. I'm also 42 so all my friends think I'm insane and right now so do I!! Sorry I feel like this and have written in down but feels good to get it out x

LolaSmiles · 10/06/2019 17:30

8+5 here and I've had some nausea and feeling utterly exhausted but the nausea goes in waves. One day breathing seems to trigger my gag reflex and the next (like today so far) has been totally symptom free other than tiredness.
I should embrace those good days, but really I'm paranoid it's the sign of a miscarriage.

IntoValhalla · 10/06/2019 17:35

26 weeks with DC3.
It’s hit me like a bus.
I didn’t enjoy either of my last two pregnancies either, but this one is a whole other kettle of fish Confused Ive got a 4yo who is very demanding attention-wise, a 2.5yo kamikaze toddler, who doesn’t sleep and likes to seek out the most dangerous activity possible and a DH who works away a lot.
I’m convinced I will die from exhaustion.

Keep asking myself “why on Earth am I doing this again?!”.....then remember that it will be worth it when I’ve got my snuggly newborn!!

IntoValhalla · 10/06/2019 17:36

mishmash33 must be hard to deal with such a clusterfuck of emotions Flowers
Hope the next few weeks pass quickly for you!!

qj17 · 10/06/2019 18:31

This rib and back pain and heartburn is ruining my life 🤣
I feel like Iv aged 20 years haha.

mylittlenugget · 10/06/2019 20:42

Really struggling with pregnancy today 😢 my hips are a lot worse today (may have been over enthusiastic as I mopped yesterday), and I've been having painful contractions every few hours. Hopped in the bath hoping that would help all the pain and I honestly feel worse. I also got stuck on the floor because as I had a contraction I leaned over my pouffe/footstool thing and then sat on the floor in case I needed to lean again, only to find I was trapped. Was home alone and was like that for over an hour (couldn't roll due to the hip pain!). Heartburn is also a lot worse today. In a way hoping that the contractions speed up and I have baby soon, but I'm also only 35+3 so I don't want to have baby just yet. Feels like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place (although at least not literally this time 😂)

greyby25 · 10/06/2019 20:51

@mylittlenugget does your hospital know that you're having contractions that sound like labour ?? that sounds really tough. hopefully you can keep your baby in for a few more weeks 🤞x

greyby25 · 10/06/2019 20:52

@mylittlenugget I meant days but weeks would be better 😂 x

mylittlenugget · 10/06/2019 21:06

I'm seeing my midwife on Thursday and because they're not very close together yet I didn't think it would be worth calling? My mum said to just call if they get a bit closer together/last longer (but then she's wanting me to go into hospital when the baby's head is already showing I think 😂).
Might call the midwife tomorrow but because they've been 2-3 hours apart for a few days will she care?
Yes ideally just needs to hang on a week and a half so she's technically full term, but at least until I've sorted the bedroom out first 🤞

kkl1 · 10/06/2019 21:45

I feel so much better noing I'm not the only one that feels like this I feel bad cause I'm so happy that I'm pregnant but it's draining me so much right

Ahh good luck i hope everything goes well for u an baby let us no Smile
