Hi

I’m just wondering where you guys bought your baby clothes from? We’re having a boy & there isn’t much choice tbh. I’ve got some so far from H&M, George, tu, mothercare. Thank you

John Lewis often has nice stuff? Often decent sales on. I use JL or Mothercare for everyday items but the dc also always have a few items from Boden and Jojo.

ShadyLady53 · 30/12/2018 22:07

Boots mini club? Debenhams and John Lewis. Or you could try international brands. Scandi or Spanish are both lovely depending on what aesthetic you are going for.

WaxOnFeckOff · 30/12/2018 22:07

Next sometimes has some lovely bright stuff.

ChubbyMummy12 · 30/12/2018 22:10

Next. Morrison's has lovely bits in at the moment too

dontcallmelen · 30/12/2018 22:10

John Lewis, next, boden, M&S all have good ranges, also Debenhams is worth a look.

LivingDeadGirlUK · 30/12/2018 22:16

I wish I had discovered to boots range when my son was born. Lovely colourful things.

popcorndiva · 30/12/2018 22:16

I like Sainsburys for their packs of white sleepsuits. Gap for their zip sleepsuits. I wouldn't buy outfits as they are comfier in sleepsuits and easier to change. Don't over buy either as they are hardly in each size

dontcallmelen · 30/12/2018 22:18

Yy sainsburys sleepsuits & vests they are good quality for the price.

smokealarm · 30/12/2018 22:20

What do you mean by nice? What's your budget?

For nice things I shop online at Childrens Salon and Smallable.

Highstreet wise, Zara do some ok things, same with John Lewis.

Mummyme87 · 30/12/2018 22:23

Depends what you mean by nice.
I hate all the blues and greys for boys, so boring! I love H&M, sometimes JoJo Maman Bebe, occasionally Next and zara, but mainly Babipur (online for Scandi clothes)

IsItCoffeeTimeYet · 30/12/2018 22:25

Nice is subjective but I like Frugi.

TinselandToblerones · 30/12/2018 22:26

I bought loads of bright babygrows from next and mothercare when my son was a baby.

He only wore baby grows until he was about 7 months and started crawing

AssassinatedBeauty · 30/12/2018 22:30

Vertbaudet can have some nice things, i agree with Babipur for brights and scandi type stuff. I also like some of the stuff in Boots, if you ignore the vast swathes of pink, blue and white they do often have some bright colourful stuff like these:

didireallysaythat · 30/12/2018 22:36

eBay bundles

GemmeFatale · 30/12/2018 22:37

I’m also looking. We’ve bought some bits from John Lewis.

Mostly we are struggling to avoid the pink for a girl blue for a boy thing (we don’t know yet and don’t really want to go down that path anyway). It seems yellow or grey are your only options if you don’t want to fit the pink/blue stereotype.

mrsmuddlepies · 30/12/2018 22:43

I really like Newbie, a scandi children's company
newbiestore.com

morewinedarling · 30/12/2018 22:48

Generally my daughter wears all Zara clothes mixed with Gap, H&M and supermarket brands thrown in for nursery. Tu at Sainsbury's is good, as are La Redoute, Vertbaudet. For nicer and more special wear I like Boden, Polarn O Pyret and Little White Company.

morewinedarling · 30/12/2018 22:49

Oo yes, I like Newbie too!!

rosydreams · 30/12/2018 23:04

JoJo Maman Bebe has really nice clothes or next. But i really like mothercares little bird range

RockingAroundTheChristmasTree1 · 30/12/2018 23:06

It all depends on budget and what sort of style you like..I like my boys dressed quite traditional (can't handle paw patrol/ Peppa pig etc clothes)
I normally shop in M and S or little boutique shops. Basics like vests, sleepsuits etc wash the best, don't go misshapen or fade, lasting far longer than most shops!

ChloMaloe · 30/12/2018 23:08

Depends what you mean by nice but I like Matalan and Tesco baby clothes for quality and price.

rosydreams · 30/12/2018 23:20

m&s i have got to say does excellent quality of clothes plus look at this lovely

DreamingofSunshine · 31/12/2018 06:58

I have a DS, and my go tos were John Lewis, Jojo Maman Bebe, Boden and some bits from Tu at Sainsbury.

Mummytoalittleone · 31/12/2018 07:24

I love a baby dressed in a babygrow so did that as much as possible when little ! I also find some boys clothes a bit un-aspiring. I agree with John Lewis (they do a unisex range) and next for colourful 3 packs of baby grows. Also mamas and papas do some nice ones. If you want more unique stuff definitely try newbie and pigeon. One of my favourite websites is scandiborn for all baby things .

Mummytoalittleone · 31/12/2018 07:25

Should say uninspiring!
