What were your very first pregnancy symptoms?

Just wanting to see what sort of things people experienced, I know everyone is different!

What were the first symptoms of pregnancy that you experienced?

Growing boobs, tender nipples, mild constipation and gas and spots that were larger and more angry than my usual PMT breakouts!

Sore boobs

Waking up 2 hours earlier than normal and feeling alert and awake, way before pregnancy was even suspected. I don't miss that symptom at all, I like my sleep.

I had a metallic taste in my mouth that just would not go away blurgggghhh 😣

Blocked nose at night! Weird but apparently its a thing.

At 3.5 weeks intense nausea that was on and off then super bad followed by reflux with no indigestion giving me the feeling that I was constantly going to throw up.

@sophhhxo honestly I had no other symptoms other than sleep. I never fall asleep on the sofa and was asleep every night. Plus I wanted to go to bed at 7:30!

Queasy and disgusted by food smells. I normally love my food, so I knew something was up!

Extreeeeme tiredness. Used to get in from work, fall asleep on the sofa, get woken up by OH for dinner then straight back to sleep, then woken up to go to bed!!
Horrible metallic taste in my mouth, achy boobs, horrendous headaches and not being able to bear the smell of coffee.
OH used to drink a coffee in the garden even though it was winter!

Constantly needing a wee and feeling exhausted.

Oh, and felt sick at the thought of wine. Very suspect.

Peppers tasted funny. An upset stomach. Everything smelled stronger. I think my pee smelled a bit funny (but that could've been after I did the test, I can't really remember).

1st pregnancy - odd cramps in my uterus area, metallic taste in my mouth
2nd and 3rd - implantation spotting
4th - implantation spotting and awful insomnia (literally only getting about 4 hrs a night and that was usually broken)

Absolutely exhausted, even in the middle of the day.

First missed period, other symptoms didn't start until 6-8 weeks.

Second I was freezing cold in the middle of summer, like constant shivering each night, and falling asleep by 9pm. Also tmi but constipated.

I don’t know if anyone else has had this, but I got the weird nesting sensation and urge to blitz the entire house. This usually seems common towards the end of the pregnancy, but this was my first early symptom both times. In fact that’s how I knew I was pregnant the second time!

My fingernails started to grow fast and strong. The only time it ever happened before was when I was pregnant with my first.

I didn't accept it was a sign until I had a positive test though.
