I am currently sat cuddling my 8 week old. Kept a list of my symtoms (dpo = days past ovulation when I got my confirmation no was ovulating). I had kept this list as I was sure I wouldn't be pregnant so I wanted to know for the following month what not to get excited about :)

4 dpo - evening only bad low back ache

5dpo - severe back and leg ache throughout the day

6dpo - nothing all day but twinges in boobs, abdomen and lower back during eve

7dpo - slight upset tummy. Very nauseous off and on all day. Headache off and on. Boob twinges.

8 dpo - very bad nausea and boob twinges

9dpo - no nausea. On off mild boob pain

10dpo - nausea off and on

11dpo - positive test

Crazy vivid dreams, I just woke up from the strangest dreams ever and knew something was different.
Sent DH to the shop as soon as they opened, it was a Sunday, so I was going stir crazy, got my BFP instantly

LadyRochfordsHoickedGusset · 13/06/2018 21:57

Oh yes the dreams. But they were after I found out. Giving birth to kittens and all sorts.

pumpkinbump · 13/06/2018 21:57

One sore boob. No periods obviously. I was also starving constantly for about a month and was dry heaving a lot.

MiddleMoffat · 13/06/2018 22:30

None physically until third month, (though I thought urine maybe smelled different,) then tiredness like you get when going down with a virus. - didn't really believe I was pregnant until scan.

Sophisticatedsarcasm · 14/06/2018 06:30

I didn’t have any symptoms before I knew, with DS I didn’t know I was pregnant till I was 3 months, I still had periods for the first 2 months. It was a mare tryna work out his due date. Even then I didn’t have no symptoms. With dd however I didn’t know till I was 8 weeks when I missed a period then I started to get headaches and occasionally felt nausea but only a tiny bit and I was never sick. Had a few dizzy spells near the beginning but they faded and I had nothing again. Even now DD gives me more trouble than DS 😂

ZenNudist · 14/06/2018 06:33

Epic carb and junk food craving

17caterpillars1mouse · 14/06/2018 06:38

With my first I had no symptoms until sickness kicked in at 6 weeks but I just knew I was pregnant before my period was even late. It was just a feeling

Second pregnancy first symptoms were tiredness and wanting to eat everything in sight. Sickness then kicked in at exactly 4 weeks but again I just knew I we pregnant

This time I had nose bleeds but had no feeling I was pregnant, infact just took a test as I was obsessing and knew it would be negative lol

MeadowHay · 14/06/2018 12:32

Period was about a week-ish late although my cycles weren't spot-on regular. Took a test and voila. Nothing else exciting in what was essentially just a 1-2 week length of time after all.

user1484167681 · 14/06/2018 12:36

Veiny boobs. I’m very pale at the best of times, and had read that could be a symptom, then was getting changed and DH commented “your boobs are looking quite veiny”. (Charming...!) I thought he was winding me up as he knew it was a symptom, but apparently not- he had no idea! The resulting bundle of joy is 4 months old and sadly I’m still veiny :/

MilkRunningOutAgain · 14/06/2018 13:42

Crying & feeling emotional, not like me at all, & tender breasts

poopsqueak · 14/06/2018 14:58

Boobs so sore I couldn't even lie on my front, nausea, weird taste in my mouth, nauseated by the taste of alcohol.

Implantation bleeding was so severe I thought it was my period so I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was 11 weeks.

Liverbird77 · 14/06/2018 15:03

Terrible nausea, within about a week. It happened all of a sudden at work in the middle of the day. I thought it was food poisoning!

Fintress · 14/06/2018 15:05

Crushing exhaustion swiftly followed by going off every food imaginable.

sophhhxo · 14/06/2018 19:51

I love hearing these!! keep 'em coming! xo

Gagging and retching when cleaning my teeth (even just thinking about cleaning my teeth would set it off). Never had it before or since but the second time around I knew I was pregnant before doing a test as had exactly the same problem.

tigercub50 · 14/06/2018 19:59

Heightened sense of smell ( DH calls me a bloodhound anyway so this was even worse!), tender boobs & just feeling different

mehhh · 14/06/2018 20:03

Weird taste in my mouth constantly - like a metal taste it was awful!!! And also constant nausea (not being sick really - just feeling it!)

Fintress · 14/06/2018 20:30

And also constant nausea

That was me too. The only thing I could eat for 4 months was a green salad and drink fresh orange and grapefruit juice mixed, not a combination I'd drank in the past.

BurpeesAreTheWorkOfTheDevil · 14/06/2018 20:32

All 6 pregnancies it was a weird pulling feeling in my lower belly when I stood up

speakout · 14/06/2018 21:08

My OH suggesting I may be pregnant- he said he could feel baby energy in my belly.

I was 14 weeks pregnant and didn't suspect a thing.

nannybeach · 14/06/2018 21:14

within a few days, REALLY sore sensitive, to any kind of heat, cooking, ironing, then I knew!

nannybeach · 14/06/2018 21:15

Oh, yeah, and that heightened sense of smell, even the loo paper and tissues smelt highly perfumed and made me throw up!

sophhhxo · 14/06/2018 21:41

@speakout wow! thats amazing! xo
