@rdm10 Thanks for asking. I'm in a lot of pain, lying on the sofa with a hot water bottle. I stupidly wanted to get out of the house so went to sit in the park opposite my house and swinging on the swings has made me dizzy and now I feel like I'm going to be sick! Not the best move! Paracetamol isn't touching the pain but don't want to take anything stronger just in case but this amount of blood and pain can only mean one thing!

If the pain is bad consider taking paracetamol.

Oh @RedRobin7 look after yourself. Has the bleeding got any worse? What time is your scan tomorrow? I know it will be so hard to be positive so we’ll be positive for you x

@rdm10 The bleeding seems to only be heavy clots when I stand up or sit on the toilet. If I'm just sat down or lying down nothing really happens. The cramping has stopped but I did take ibuprofen before going to dog training about 5 hours ago. I must be an idiot to go out like that but I hate letting people down and try to carry on as normal. Thankfully I was sat down the whole time. I took ibuprofen as I'm 99% sure this is a miscarriage. Any uncertainty I wouldn't have taken it. My huge nipples have returned to normal and I have no symptoms. Thank you for being positive anyway. I will update tomorrow. My scan is at 11:30.

My nephew has just arrived into the world. He's beautiful and I love him already. If I never get to be a mum then at least I have two beautiful nieces and a nephew. It's never the same thing and it's so painful thinking I may never have my own but have to try to see some good in life!

Thank you everyone else for your messages too. I'm overwhelmed by the support I'm getting from the boards I'm on. I don't know what I'd do without you all ❤️

Had my second scan today
Baby is measuring 8 weeks exactly and the heart is still beating away

Very scary as never got past the 6-7 week stage and don't want to get my hopes up to much atm either

Just a little reassurance needed of possible ladies. I had period type pains right at the beginning of the pregnancy and thought nothing of it with everything stretching. That all stopped a couple of weeks ago and seemed to get nausea instead, but now the period type pai s have come back alongside the nausea.

Did anyone else have period pains still or again at this time (I'm 8w 3 from dates)? Last time I had b9tb of these things together I miscarried the next day so a little apprehensive to say the least!

My scan confirmed that I am having another miscarriage 💔 I am so devastated that I've lost another baby in such a short space of time. I'm going to ask to be signed off for two weeks so I can take the time I need to deal with this.

I am so so grateful for all the messages I received from everyone on MN. What an amazing group of ladies! Even though my family did not know I still felt like I had so many people behind me and hoping for the best. Thank you so much ❤️

@clairehr everything I read says pains are normal and only worry if combined with fresh red blood. Such a wait and see situation, I'm sure it's nothing if you've had it earlier and it went away. How strong is the pain?
