Thinking of ordering one as my commute is a nightmare. Anyone on here use them? Do people really notice and move for you? (I'll be on a train in the midlands). I've never actually seen one before however so was wondering if anyone had any experience. I'm only 15 weeks so don't necessarily need one yet but may do in the future...

I commute into London from outside, didn't for wear one for pregnancies 1 and 2 as was a bit snobby and thought they were naff, did for my.next pregnancies and the difference has been huge! People are much more likely to offer a seat or just give a bit more space, and I feel more confident in asking people to stand if needed. Go for it - and if anyone is secretly judging you, you never need to see them again!

Used them in all 3 pregnancies. I have a 1.5 hour commute each into London.1 train. 2 tubes. Generally, meant I was offered a seat. All the women at my work get them when pregnant.

TfL now do a new badge for hidden disabilities which I think is brilliant.

As others have mentioned, unless you have a big bump, it can be difficult for other travellers thinking, “just a bit fat or pregnant?”

I love my badge. I work in London sometimes and used it in my last pregnancy and now this one. my morning sickness is fairly brutal so I find it useful to have the badge to 'back me up' when I ask for a seat.

I don't think they are massively prevalent outside of London though as it's a TFL initiative - so you might not get many people recognising it on the trains in the Midlands.
