I’m having a shitty day and just want to vent so please feel free to post up anything that’s bothering you!!

I’m huge and in pain, fed up with being hormonal and just had an argument with DH but not even sure what it was about! I have a sneaking suspicion that it’s probably just me being a psycho preggo but I’m not quite ready to admit that.
I’m not sleeping at night, sleeping too much in the day and basically just want to cry and throw a massive tantrum.

deep breaths

So, what’s getting you down?

Mummy I had terrible nose bleeds in my last pregnancy. Seemed to always be at the worst moment.
Today's moan: still got this cold. Tired but not sleeping. Couldn't even be bothered to get dressed today. And every time my mum calls, I answer the phone "hello" and she replies "well you sound better". I have no idea why but it's winding me up!!!!

@Mrstobe90 I went in to be monitored last week as baby was being extremely quiet, as soon as I got there she was doing somersaults. I felt so silly, but I'd give your hospital a ring if you're nervous. It deffo put my mind at rest ❤️

Jumping back on the moan train to add that when you're already knackered and 37 weeks pregnant what really adds to the experience is a 3 year old with croup. Who is sleeping in your bed. I can't get comfortable even with a bed to myself, never mind with pint sized company... He seems absolutely fine now he's sound asleep but I think it'll take me until morning to beat the pregsomnia, hip pain, back pain and bump pain and get to sleep myself.

Tomorrow is going to be a long day!

Baby was being ridiculously active for a few days so I reckon she was probably just having a quiet day. A few hours after I posted, she decided to have a little dance party :)
There’ve been a few times during this pregnancy that I’ve panicked over movement but DH has always kept me calm and reminded me that just like adults, babies need rest days too. As long as I feel something every hour/hour and a half, I tend to chill.

@jinglesplodge you poor thing! Hope your little one feels better and hope you get some much deserved sleep! xx

Can I join in the venting?

I'm 36+4 today, have had pelvic pain since I was 18wks (a bolster cushion between my knees & ankles in bed is the only relief I've found), haven't slept through a night in months and my little lodger kicks so hard it hurts now.

I also have a toddler DD with a fractured leg in a full leg cast right now, so she can't walk at all. She's adapted really well, but it means crawling around on the floor to play with her A LOT and when I carry her the cast sits rights on the most-kicked part of my poor bump Sad

Aaaaaand rant over!

I hope the next few weeks go really quick for you xx
