Anyone just found out they're preggers and want some buddies?

I'm 4w5d and wondered if anyone else fancied joining me on the amazing journey to come?
First, second, third or fourth (or more!!) timers welcome!

This will be #1 after a long 18 months of miscarriages, infertility and heartache but i'm feeling super positive about this one and ready to enjoy the next few months!

Ahh @KerryLeanne84 what a lovely feeling, i can not wait for ours... i got my letter through yesterday and im not having a scan until im 14 weeks i can not wait for that special moment.

I literally can't wait to have my first scan, I won't believe it's real til then I don't think! Got my first midwife appointment in a week and a half but from looking on this forum thats just going to involve lots of questions! I don't want to get excited until I know the baby is definitely there and in the right place if you know what I mean, but it's so hard not to!

Is anyone else suffering from hayfever hell or just me lol I don't want to take hayfever tablets just in case!!

I have my scan on the 7th August. I will be 11 weeks. So excited and just want to know if everything is ok too. How is everyone today?

6 w + 2. My symptoms have been coming and going so I've been a nervous wreck. Booked in for an early scan on Sat to help try put my mind at ease. Not sure it will but wasn't sure what else to do.

1sttime - the nurse specifically said to me this morning that the symptoms come and go a lot at this point and not to worry if you suddenly feel great one day - it's okay!

My first MW appointment is next week and then i have to wait a whole 5 weeks until my scan - feels like so long to wait to find out all is ok! wish you oculd listen to the heartbeat before just for some security...

@1sttime84 my symptoms keep coming and going (mainly boobs being sore and not sore) i dont have many other symptoms other than that - but i called the community midwife office and she said 'this isnt a bad thing, you should be grateful that you arent suffering with terrible sickness and really sore boobs - you should make the most of it in these early stages' ...

makes total sense as your body will change and be in pain in the next 7 months ... i took another test last week just in case and still says PREGNANT so maybe were just lucky

I hope your early scan goes well - update us when you have it and let us know how clear it is too :)

@LJFM2B thank you that's so good to hear. I woke up at 2am last night in tears that my boobs weren't as sore and took another test. It said 3+ weeks which was a relief. Guess I didn't realise how stressful this would all be. Have been trying to not get carried away with excitement until I know everything is ok but it's so hard. I've done about 6 tests since I found out over different days and have decided last night has to be the last.

@KerryLeanne84 glad to hear that. I've been a wreck this week 😳 Have my first MW appointment next Friday. Not sure what to expect or what to even ask as there's so much to know.

When are you both due? I saw you mentioned you had a scan already Kerry - was this an early one?

Glad it's not just me feeling nervous!! I go on holiday in a week and keep worrying that something could go wrong while I'm there. I'm such a worrier!!!

I've had no sickness at all which I know is a good thing but it makes me question whether it's all real lol, only really experiencing tiredness and a bit of wind haha

@pommie7. Me too 🙈 Can't help but worry. I'm meant to be travelling in Aug for work but really unsure about it.

Yes I had an early scan because we had fertility treatments. Conceiving your first month is insanely lucky, congratulations!

Oh cool! We were trying to conceive for almost 2 years with no luck. The NHS where I live offer 3 x iui before ivf and I conceived on the second iui

@1sttime84 im due Feb 25th (going by LP) ... i think you have to be a very laid back person to not be a little bit anxious with all this waiting to find out all is ok!! but were very lucky ladies and i will take what that midwife said about being lucky having no bad symtoms and keep it in the front of my mind as i may be moaning ina few months with back ache etc haha.

I cant wait to look pregnant - i think this will make a huge difference, by the scan i think i will have popped out slightly :) i hope anywya

@KerryLeanne84 that's good that you conceived on second lot. My friend had an awful time of it with fertility treatment. However she is now 10 weeks ahead of me 😊😊

@CL1982 Ooh good tip, thank you! We had planned to do some hiking on the holiday but I think it's going to turn into more of a relaxing holiday now as I'm so tired at the moment!

@mummy oh that's amazing you'll be pregnant at the same time!

We have a heartbeat and a little Win Nugget with a parachute :) All measuring well for 7 weeks!

@pommie7 yes don't push yourself! We very much went at my speed during the hols and had to turn back on one walk as I was so hot!!
