I'm pregnant with my first baby and have been making preparations for their arrival. Part of that was having to get a bigger car because my car has a tiny boot which is no good for a buggy! So we sold it tonight... I loved that little car... Sad Had it 5 years and planned to keep it forever. I watched the buyer drive it away (I may have waved lol) and then when he was out of sight I burst into tears! Sad

How silly! It's just a car. Damn hormones! Grin

What silly things have you got a bit emotional over whilst pregnant? Please tell me I'm not alone!

I cried because I had to get up this morning

I cried last night cos the film I was watching had finished.
I've just had a cry cos my body clock is all out of whack after coming off night shifts and I'm knackered but can't sleep.

Cried yesterday because fb reminded me I brought home my dog as a 10 week old puppy 9yrs ago... sat and cried into his fur as both DDg and DP looke at me strangely.

My last pregnancy went well my baby is 14 months now. This is my 3rd one and I have learned that as everyone else we get very emotional during pregnancy. But last one is much happier baby as I did not let any outer issues affect my feelings. There were times it was hard but I learned to control my feelings as it affects the baby during pregnancy. I can see the difference cos my second one I was quite stress due to work etc n I can see how she reacts differently. I don't know how relevant is this but I believe that one should be strong n control their emotions to be happier as it can affect the baby.
I recently done a video on the Emotional Intelligence check the link below hope it helps

Cried because I forgot my cereal for work and had bought it specially as I had fancied it the day before

Cried uncontrollably for 10 mins because of how good Danny Mack was on SCD the first week he got his 40. This week...nothing! Not even a smile from me!!!

This is the BEST thread on mumsnet. I'm only 5 wks pregnant but today i burst into tears telling the cat I was pregnant, because she wouldn't be my only baby for much longer.

I cried last night because I couldn't manage to get hold of an Advent calendar for the dog. Even more upset when my husband was laughing at me, telling me the dog doesn't even need an advent calendar.

Yes , yes he really does need one!!

I've been pretty unemotional throughout this pregnancy, and thought id escaped things like this thread happening to me, but nope! It caught up with me, im only 23 weeks too!!

I took my almost 2 year old DD to a Hartbeeps session this morning, at quiet time she was all snuggled looked at me and said star... I almost burst into tears just because she was so happy and beautiful Blush
