Pregnancy

No morning sickness (yet). Should I be worried?

Hi all,
I'm 6+3 and this is my first pregnancy. Other than a few fleeting moments of feeling sick (this could have been nerves/anxiety) I've not had any sickness or nausea yet. Is it too early to be experiencing this as a symptom or have I just been lucky? I read that morning sickness means a healthier pregnancy but I'm not sure if this was just scaremongering on the internet. I've had other symptoms (sore boobs, mild cramping, tiredness) but no nausea. Thanks in advance for any advice!

I'm terrified as I'm only 4 weeks pregnant. Felt awful - nauseous and tired - all last week but it's suddenly stopped. praying for morning sickness to actually 'feel' pregnant!

Like lots of pp's I had no morning sickness and only time I had nausea/vomiting was during labour.
The first time I suspected I was pregnant was the night I took my bra off and cried because my boobs were so sore! Not the usual monthly swelling Grin

Mine didn't kick in until week 7 after no sickness whatsoever and it got progressively worse peaking around weeks 9 and 10!
Some people get it and some people don't. Others get it off and on.

Try not to worry Smile

Thanks everyone. Felt a bit nauseous today but pretty sure that was a symptom of being back in work! Wink
