We all know (and are experiencing) the nastier side effects of pregnancy, but what symptoms do you like?

For me, both with ds and with this pregnancy, my leg hair pretty much stops growing so I go from shaving every day to maybe once a week Grin especially good when I'm getting too big to easily reach!

What a lovely idea for a thread! This is my second pregnancy - very, very much wanted and so far relatively easy but I can't deny that I am not enjoying the experience and counting down the weeks (14 to go until due date).

So, it's nice to force myself to think about what is nice about being pregnant!

No periods is a massive one (mine are really painful and generally horrid) - and I'm planning to breastfeed for as long as possible to keep that going! I have had 1 period in 3.5 years with that philosophy after DD!

The kicks are nice but I do feel a bit anxious when I don't feel her move so that can also be stressful. The feeling of being a little bit special at the moment is nice - and the feeling of kinship with every woman who has ever done this before down the ages and the kind hearted conversations with complete strangers.

Don't think there is anything physical really - I guess it's good having a bump so people can at least see you are pregnant and you don't have to explain.

My hair feels thicker and in better condition and my skin is very clear :)
