Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Congratulations! Flowers

I was 40 when i had my 6th dc. I will hopefully have dc 7 at 42.

The pregnancy went well. No mefical problems. I do have an underactive thyroid but it was very stable during the pregnancy. I gave birth in a birth centre attached to a hospital. All went well. I had no extra care apart from extra weekly monitoring from 37 weeks. I wasn't even induced, though hospital policy was to induce at 40 wks for mum of 40 & over.

Try not to get to stressed by the HCPs.

Wishing you a very happy & healthy pregnancy.

There's a chat thread for those of over 35 and you might like to join it: www.mumsnet.com/Talk/antenatal_clubs/2317859-Its-Spring-and-the-Old-Birds-are-nesting-First-hatchlings-coming-soon

In 'antenatal clubs' there'll also be a thread for your due month.
I'm sure there used to be an over 40s one, but I can't find it.
