I'm currently 6/7 weeks pregnant (midwife says 7, I think 6!) and one thing I'm really struggling with is dealing with my morning sickness on my way to work.
I'm lucky in that my morning commute is fairly short (one bus, twenty minute journey at the most). I'm finding though that I either want to puke on the bus, or that when I get off I'm walking up to work trying not to be sick in a bin!
I've tried varying my breakfast time (eating before I leave the house, waiting til I get to work etc). Yesterday I thought that chewing gum might help (it really didn't, I don't recommend that one!).
Does anyone have any tips for learning to deal with this? I feel really paranoid about walking through town retching
