I spotted a Stokke Crusi today. I think I might be in love. I've got older kids and prams have changed so much in the intervening years! The Crusi is the first one Ive spotted that got the old pramaholic juices flowing...

Just FYI, we have just ordered our Stokke Xplory from here. The complete set with carrycot and pushchair was £789, which is about £200 cheaper than anywhere else. It seems like a really good site.

Slightly at the idea of the Uppababy vista being less sturdy than an icandy. It's made from aircraft aluminium!

Ohhh I can't decide! I need a double, and DS's pram (Britax b-smart 4) is still completely usable, so I'm not sure if I can justify a new single too.

In an ideal world, I'd get a Silver Cross Balmoral. I adore them.

Oh just to echo Toby, we used Winstanley's pram world last time, got the travel system for a couple of hundred pounds cheaper than elsewhere and good service.

Although I adore my Cam I already find the chassis a bit heavy to lift (high car boot), so if the Donkey is heavier I might struggle!

Yes! We went to the actual shop after looking online as it's only 45 minutes away. They were very knowledgable.

We're leaning towards the Uppababy Vista too. Glad to see so many others rate it.

We like the Cosatto Giggle in All Star design. So so so light! Only weighs about 7kg, and so preeeeeetty!

I want a quinny moodd white and black one, ideally because we are not finding out the sex and because the car seat just clips into ur car easy with out having to strap it up everytime. But now Iv seen an orange cosetta giggle that I love! But the car seat doesn't have a base which is putting me off :( xxxx

I don't like any of the Quinnys. The seats seem to be really shallow. slightly older kids look really perched!

Saggy - a topic after my own heart! I love the Stokke Crusi and last week announced my pram choice (in beautiful Navy) to DH.

Do you know that the inside of the carrycot is navy with tiny white spots....very cute! And the basket is really spacious!

Anyway, my BFF (experienced mother of 2 and owner of 5 different prams) took me to a baby shop to window shop for "baby equipment" and she dissuaded me from buying the Crusi! First of all she got me to collapse the pram and try to carry it....and then she got me to imagine the chassis and carrycot piled up in the boot of my car.

That pram is huge! And quite heavy.

I'm not a fan of Xplory design. However, I tried out the Scoot. But the hood on the Scoot looks all baggy and I don't like how it looks when it is in the "lie flat" position.

....so I'm probably going to end up with the Bugaboo Bee, which I don't like that much, but it is lighter and more compact to pick up and chuck in the car. Plus, I liked the ability to change the colour of the hood.

Please let me know if you find a smaller contender for the Crusi

Ooh, I don't like the Bee much either! With the seat facing backwards, which is my preference, there is no foot rest, their little legs just dangle! I like the chameleon though.

The Bee is okay facing backwards when they are small as their legs aren't long enough to dangle (you can also extend the seat both ways). When they are a toddler they can face forwards.

Nah! I like a backwards facing pram. You can talk to them and they are dryer when it rains!

We have a graco quattro sport travel system. We havent looked at any prams and are quite thankful that we havent had to attempt that minefield. My amazing sister is loaning us hers. It is an uber tight fit in the boot of our small clio and we will have to put any luggage in footwells etc but we cant afford to buy a pram at the moment so are just thankful that we cant borrow one for free. My sister found it fine and as i will be mainly walking places with it, we wont need it in the car too much.
As soon as the baby is a bit older we will move onto a mclaren style buggy (prob second hand off ebay or something) so we wont need the pram for too long.

We've just bought the Graco Sky. Love it! Massive shopping basket, drinks holders, fold so so easily, stays standing up when folded & goes from newborn without a carrycot or anything. Think we got a bargain at Babies R Us too! :)

I'm another one for the baby jogger city mini GT. well worth paying the extra for the GT version especially if you plan to go off road/own a dog! If we didn't probably would have gone for the uppa baby vista
