Am 6+3 and have got really bad morning (read: all day) sickness. I've not been sick but I just feel really nauseous all day. I'm doing all the home remedies (eating small bites regularly, bland food, ginger, mint tea) which help relieve it a bit, but mostly I just feel like I want to sit/lie as still as possible to avoid making it worse.
I'm working full time and finding it sooo hard to concentrate. If I'm doing something fun I'll be distracted, but work isn't particularly fun so I really feel like I'm suffering through the working days. Sorry having a real moan here haha. Does anyone have any tips on how to cope with work and make the day go any faster?
