Anyone had a short 'period' type bleed and go on to get a bfp?

I hope you get your Bfp soon too . I'm so confused . My boobs keep getting worse and hurting and I'm exhausted and still very moody .. But no bfp?? Could I just be making the symptoms up in my head ?

And I can swear that my nipples have gotten darker and bigger & im starting to get veins showing up in my boobs.. But maybe they are just growing ?? Idk anymore

Lol ts a good sign coz they don js grow at this age. M testing again tomorrow for th last time. If u kp having symptoms dont give up testing. Good luck

I had a period that's lasted 2 days, then last night and today was gone. just got a bfp a few hours ago (couldn't wait until morning) but i had a BFN 5 days ago! (when i was 4 days late on af)

I had sex and the condom had a hole I it bit enough for it to get out. The next day I had bad cramps but never did bleed that day. The next day after cramps I started to bleed it looked like a normal period but it only lasted 1.5 days then went to lightly bleeding only when I wiped I have been having headaches and some back aches and it has only been 6 days since the condom broke I took one At home test but came back negative. Just wondering if I could still be pregnant or am I just paranoid?

Generally it takes time for the egg once it becomes fertilized to travel through the Fallopian tube and implant. You wouldn't feel that as soon as the day after sex. But Who knows wait till your expected period and if it doesn't come then take a pregnancy test to make sure

Hi I'm new to this so don't know any of the shorthand texts lol. Sorry in advance if too much information but i just want to put my mind at ease so any help is appreciated. Me and my partner have been ttc for months and my last period came on time but was very light. This month we did the deed during ovulation a few days or so later I had what seemed like a period starting very light, then brown, very red and clotting thus went on for about 5 days. My periods are usually 3-4 days. I was not due my period for 2 weeks. I did a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. I'm not due until around the 5th August. Could I be pregnant and just tested too early? I thought maybe coz of light period before it was technically a missed one but then the bleeding. Any advice???

I was due on last month 25th - 29th, my period is very regular and occurs every 25 days however, on the 25th there was not much blood (only when I wiped) and this lasted for 2 days and I also had really bad cramping pains to the point where I could not go to work. I woke up on this day with tingling in my right leg, sore breasts and feeling ill (not actually being sick).

I thought nothing off it, took a pregnancy test which came back negative. This month however I was due on 2/3 days ago and had cramping yet again, not as bad although however I fail to have a goods night sleep because of these - I never have any problems with cramps.

Anyway, this period on the first day was hardly anything there, the second day hasn't been much there either apart from my last toilet visit where the blood was dark red and had few clots. These clots seem to be a little different and dewy / stringy (sorry!!). Nothing again today, 2 day period or?

Please help :( is this normal?

Need some advice, i am due on around the 30th of every month anyway, i started light bleeding yesterday but only lasted about not even a full day its stopped but had very faint watery blood when i wipe, i did have sex two weeks ago i'm just a little concerned should i be worried its not normal when i have a period its usually always 3 to 4 maybe 5 days .

I really need someone's advice. I last had sex 2 weeks ago. Ovulation happens over 6-12 days, we had unprotected sex.. I missed the pill and we didn't use any other form of contraception. 10 days afterwards I started spotting darkish brown patches for 4 days which I think could possibly be implantation bleeding? (However I am not sure because the birth control pill makes my periods irregular) so ovbiously I assumed my period was on its way but normally I don't have this which makes me think more of it being implantation bleeding) This started on the 30th January and stopped Preferably last night so the 2nd of February. A week ago I started to feel very off? And different? I started getting the pregnancy symptoms. My breasts were very sore, veiny, they have definitely shaped and become more fuller and larger, I have had severe headaches, very bad mood swings, very emotional, pain in my abdomen, lower back etc. I took a pregnancy test Monday (which means I only just had started implantation bleeding) and it came back negative but I was so certain that I was pregnant so I asked the doctor for a blood test (which also came back negative) even still I was at least 80% sure I was pregnant. I still think I am
now. I just have that wierd gut feeling that just will not go away so I think I didn't have enough HCG for the tests to detect at that moment. So I let the days go on and they gradually get worse ive been sleeping so much, I go to bed early because I dont feel well and I end up waking up at 3.00 in the afternoon! even then I still feel exhausted! One minute I feel hungry the next I can't stand to be near food. Also I sprayed my perfume yesterday and I heaved so bad. My boyfriend thinks im pregnant and ovbiously I do too but sometimes I think 'is it all just in my head?' Not the symptoms, just the thought of being pregnant. As I am 17 and have never experienced this before. Wednesday morning I woke up around 5.00 and I couldn't go back to sleep until 8ish. I had to wake up at 10.00 as I had a doctors appointment at 10:30 as soon as I woke back up I immediately felt like I was about to be sick so I rushed to the back door for some air and I couldn't help it. I was sick everywhere! I told the doctor and the doctor is certain im not pregnant. Being taking the tests to early of course he is going to say that! But I just know I am pregnant. I just know! Ive also experienced a wierd food craving for grapes? And I haven't eaten grapes in 2 years if that😂 I don't normally eat fruit. Also dry mouth all the time but I'm drinking water 24/7 and I don't normally drink water either I find it repulsive but it's the only thing that refreshes me lately! Okay so i have been on Metformin for 4 months...have had 4 positive ovulations each month since starting Met and come on my period on its due day for these 4 months also.
However this month i was 3 days late and preg test was negative, bled the next morning for 24 hours no pains then it stopped and has very very light spotting for the next 24 hours then nothing...but i now am getting very sudden urges to pee feeling very sick during the day and evening and also getting bit lightheaded at times during the day...should i do another pregnancy test?? Could i be pregnant??

Hi I seem to be experiencing some of these symptoms, here's my "story" so far....

Had what appeared to be a normal period last month, I track them and they are always pretty spot on, I also have fairly short periods, 2-3 days of medium bleeding then few days of brown discharge. I assumed this was normal. Following that period I unusually had very sore boobs, i was very bloated and had sharp and gentle cramps across my groin and lower abdomen and the feeling of a UTI which has continued, my boobs are slightly less painful at the moment. I took an out of date test I had which was negative about 3 weeks ago and booked a doc app as i was worried about the pains and bloating. She advised me to take another test, book a blood test for screening allsorts and tested my urine which was normal. So 2 weeks ago I did another test and still negative. I therefore thought I'd wait until my next period was due (yesterday 24.3.17). This week I've been poorly, flu like symptoms, headache, my back and legs have been very achy, generally feeling pretty naff. I was eating allsorts the last 2 weeks but this week I've got very little appetite or im hungry then I start to eat then literally can't eat anymore as i feel sick. I gagged brushing my teeth as well, have waves of feeling sick but conscious ive not eaten much which probably won't help that. I started my period yesterday as I should've and also had my blood test. However, my period was very light, i had about half a day of red watery blood and then the rest of the evening brown spotting/discharge and same today. Very unusual for me. Any thoughts? Canot stop googling the hell out of everything as we do!

I guess I should wait a bit for the blood results and redo another test...

Hi i found out I was pregnant last night. Not trying to conceive. I don't know how far along I am as because in Feb I had a 2 day light period which is unusual as I'm normally heavy for at least a week. Did a test negative. This month missed my period by few days did a test ans its the clearest line I did ever see!!

Has a 10 day heavy bleed at the right time for af. Thought I was 3.5 weeks pregnant even got positive cv ov tests.... turns out after a huge haematoma blew I was 7 weeks and baby was fine, heart beat etc.... bled out again and still baby is ok with heartbeat at 8 weeks.

Wondering if someone can help me! So on Wednesday the 6th, I went to use the restroom and it was light pink when I wiped. I wiped again, and nothing. It didn't come on my panties or anything. Thursday, same thing. Then Friday, there was red blood now, but not as much as my period. I barely had to use a tampon. Saturday, it was the same thing red, and didn't use as much tampons as I usually do. Sunday it stopped, until the afternoon when I went to pee, it was orange when I wiped. Then after that nothing. Monday, it was just light orange and pink when I wiped but I did not need to use a tampon. and it stopped completely Monday afternoon. I took a test Tuesday, and it was Negative. Now, my stomach is really bloated still, and I am just not sure what is going on. Anyone have any advice for me? or any similar stories?

So I'm going crazy trying to figure out what's going on. I got my period 3 days early but it was weird. Day 1-2 normall with a few clots. And the it just turned to brownish spotting. My periods last me 5 days. I only really had for 2. Them I only need a pantie liner for the next day ( which is day 3) for the brown spotting. Now it's day 6 and I have had on and off brownish color when I woke only I took a test yesterday it was a bfn..... Did I test to early or can I be pregnant??

I came off the pill around middle of August when I was on my period, my periods were usually just black sludge and heavy / clots (sorry tmi) I've had a lot of unprotected sex during my fertile window. However on Sunday 24/09/17 I had the worst cramps in my cervix, it felt like someone was pulling me open!!! This is 6 days before af is due to arrive. Then the next morning when I wiped it was pink. I've been wearing a pad but I'm not bleeding heavy enough to change it. It varies from bright red to dark red. No clots and no cramps. Been feeling sick and metallic taste in my mouth. Also full of cold. The bleeding hasn't got any heavier and it seems to be slowing down now. It's lasted 5 days now, af is due tomorrow. I took a test and I got a BFN :( has anyone experienced something similar which went on to be a BFP? Or am I wishful thinking? Xx

Iv always had regular periods but in August I had a bit of breakthrough bleeding just then on the 10th August I came on my period I would of ovulated between the 19th and 24th of August I’m now 7 weeks late no pregnancy symptoms but had white discharge my boyfriend said he pulled out but can’t you still get pregnant with the pull out?? Ugh I’m going through something very similar! Was due on the 28th September, a couple of days before I had some spotting, literally about 2 spots. Had all sorts of twinges in my tummy and so was positive I was pregnant as I was getting all the same signs as back in April/May until I found out I had a very early MC. But I’ve been getting negative tests.
This time I started bleeding 10 days after I was due on, it lasted 3 days and was very very light! I’m normally very heavy. Still getting tummy twinges but I haven’t tested for a week or so. So confused!
