I'm pretty show I just had a show - tmi, but bloody snotty stuff. But there was also quite a lot of fluid. Enough to totally soak my knickers, but not enough to go through my linen trousers. Would that have been my waters or would there be more fluid if it was waters?
Also is there anything I shouldn't now do now I've had a show? Ie. baths? Swimming? I'm assuming it's still ok to go to my reflexology in half an hour?!
