I don't know where to begin, and even
As I type this I have tears of sadness and exhaustion welling up in my eyes.

I started bleeding yesterday morning. Im 13 weeks.
I went in to hospital today who have given me a scan for thursday. The doctor said its likely to be a miscarriage.
Oh it's been a stressful pregnancy to say the least. Everyone told me to take it easy, and I thought I was invincible.
Now look what I've gone and done.

This baby was supposed to be a bouncing, happy healthy little babe. DD thinks she's
Getting a baby brother or sister when the
snow comes. Oh it will break her little heart.

Just looking for a hand to hold to get me through this horrid night.

Good luck with the scan. I will keep my fingers crossed.

Spinity · 30/05/2012 17:58

Just a quick one, my bleeding is also associated with period like cramps but my baby seems fine, it doesn't always mean the worst x

mynameis · 30/05/2012 18:13

Just wanted to echo what others have said, this also happened to me several times with DS1 and all turned out ok.

Everything crossed for you for your scan xx

raindropsinmyhair · 30/05/2012 18:38

I didn't have any bleeding but I had very bad cramps at nearly 12 weeks with a dragging pain (like a strong period pain) I did take myself into hospital but everything luckily was ok

I really hope everything is ok- I know it's hard bit try and stay positive x

wishfulthinking1 · 30/05/2012 19:54

Only just seen your post- wanted to wish you well for tomorrow. Fx xxxx

randomimposter · 31/05/2012 01:48

thinking of you Tea and wishing all well for your scan today xx

TeaJunky · 31/05/2012 03:53

Can't sleep. Stinking cold and worry of course.

I can hear the birds outside my window as I lie here. For once I dislike the sound.

I can't help but feel that if something has happened, it will shatter my world. I know it's so common, but to each woman it's their own personal hell that make up the stats, and my heart goes out to them all.

Pickles77 · 31/05/2012 06:48

Good luck today xx

CurrySpice · 31/05/2012 06:54

Tea, here's some more good wishes coming your way today xxx

randomimposter · 31/05/2012 06:58

tea we have a policy in our miscarriage community which is just don't look at the screen and focus on a spot on the wall/ceiling until you get the positive news all is well. I know only too well how stomach churning the whole thing is.

But even for me, after 5MCs after my gorgeous DS, there can be brighter news, I am now 22 weeks with another DS. And I'm really really old.

All crossed for you today. x

Mama1980 · 31/05/2012 07:04

Thinking of you today fingers crossed... Xxx

susiemumof · 31/05/2012 07:08

Tea, just wanted to add that I bled very heavy red blood at 12 weeks with dd1, so heavy that I spent the night in the hospital.

When they scanned me the next day she was wriggling away with her little heart beating. I bled on and off for the rest of the pg as well.

She is now a stroppy 10 year old that I am about to try and get out her bed Grin

Please don't lose all hope yet

Kelbells · 31/05/2012 07:24

Just wanted to add to the good luck messages today, I also bled heavily from 10 - 14 weeks (subchorionic haematoma) with this pregnancy, it was terrifying but all is well, I've also experienced previous mc and want to echo what others have said, that whatever happens, you've done nothing to cause problems....... But I really hope that you get good news today and can start to relax (that's a white lie actually because I'm now 20 weeks and yet to relax!) All the best

goingmadtrying · 31/05/2012 07:26

try and stay positive tea its not over yet, cramps can be normal in pregnancy and as lots have told you on here bleeding can be normal too...... sending you a virtual hug and lots of positive vibes please let us know how you get on, what time is your scan? xx

ThereGoesTheYear · 31/05/2012 07:32

Oh Tea you did not cause this. Good luck for today. I had lots of bright red blood in the first trimester, and I'm bf him right now. Torn placenta in my case.

Hi tea, just read your thread. Praying for you, hope all goes well today. I have two dc and 19 and a half weeks pregnant with dc3, I have suffered 3 mc's sadly, n as jollster says, I got so used to not looking at the screen and fixed my focus onto counting the ceiling tiles :( just made it easier for me instead of looking, I really hope everything is ok. Please let us know xxx
