What do you drink when you are pregnant?

We are TTC number 2.

I am finding the notion of abandoning my nightly glass of red quite depressing. What do you substitute wine with?

Last time round I only wanted to drink water and milk, but it would be nice to have a nice evening drink to look forward to!

M&S do a sparkling grape juice, rose and red I think. In the same range they have apple, apple and elderflower and apple and blackcurrent.

The apple tastes just like a nice cider!!!

I was (and still) pregnant over the festive period and I found shloer white/red grape to be a bit of a godsend when everyone around me was drinking wine. I have spotted some sainsburys cider which is less than 1 % alcohol so i will be giving that a try in a few weeks as I have a night out with friends. I love tropicana exotic fruits and innocent smoothies although I find them to be quite acidic and trigger heartburn which im getting constantly at the mo!!
