DS pretty "meh" about Thomas, but when it comes to Bob the Builder qnd fire engines....

I have a DS and a DD. I agree with everything everyone has said about boys pretty much, DD is only 12 days old, so I don't know much about girls yet.

My mum had 2 of each, and summarises it as "Boys mess up your house, girls mess up your mind".

Point willy down when changing nappies.

Nice boys clothes from H&M, bits in Next, John Lewis, Boden, Gap, bits in Sainsbury's, JoJoMamanBebe (great for pyjamas), bits in Tesco. I have noticed that tghere are a lot more girls' clothes about, but they are very samey.

Boys tend to potty train later than girls (2.5-3 ish, rather than 2-2.5 ish)

I have one boy and three girls, there was no real difference as a baby but he did seem to do things a little later than the girls, not major things he walked at the same age but little thigns like talking and holding a pen he did significantly later and the less said about potty training the better!
Haveng said that hes is 5 next week and a delight to have around.
