Was your feeling about baby's sex right?

Just a bit of fun really. Did you think or know it was one sex then it popped out and was the opposite?

I feel mine is a girl but try to tell myself its a boy so im not shocked lol

i dont know why I always thought my LO was a boy but unless the sonographer is wrong I was prove right at the scan.

No, and I was in shock for a while after the birth as I was that convinced it would be a boy.
DH was right though and even got the due date right. I'm trusting him this time!

With DC1, my DH and the midwife had a fabulous conversation about how it was definitely going to be a girl. This was while I was actually pushing DS out! Yup, DS! Grin

DD was a surprise but DH and I got the right date.

The beginning of this pregnancy was I was sure it was going to be a boy but I haven't been sure since about 20 weeks. We'll see in the next month. DH has a date in mind, so we'll see about that one as well.

We didn't find out sex during my pregnancy by choice. I always imagined the baby would be a girl and it was! Even dh thought we were having a girl. A few weeks before my due date one of my colleagues dreamt I had a girl and named her our top girl's name - you can imagine her surprise when dd was born and named!

My DH saw DD at the 8 week scan when she was only a little bean and said, that is a girl, no question. He was right ...

Before being pg I expected a boy as dh comes from a mostly male family. But after getting pg, I really struggled to visualise our family with a boy, all my thoughts included a girl. I really tried to get a boy in my head so I wouldn't be thrown if baby had bits. Turned out I was right in my instincts and it was a girl.

Second pg (21w) I was sure it was a boy as pg was very different from dd1 -completely different. Turned out I am expecting twins (hence the different pg). Before having the 20w scan dh and I were sure they would be girls and they are.

I've convinced myself that I'm carrying a boy. Section on Tuesday next, so I'll let you know. If its a girl she won't have a name :)

dc1 knew from moment of conception Wink he was
a boy.
ds2 convinced he was a girl til 20 week scan.
dc3(13 wks pg) sometimes think maybe a girl ,but when I imagine my kids I see boys all the way cos that would make more sense (IYKWIM) Def going to ask at 20 week scan!

Need to do the wedding ring test. It worked the other times. ( Not that I believed it 2nd time!)

Had a feeling ds was a boy, looked like a boy on first scan, had it confirmed with a sexing scan.

Yup, was right both times. I felt that I knew but it might just have been a lucky guess - 50% chance of being right.

I dreamt having a boy twice early in pregancy, even before I had my pregnancy test done. Was right, I have a boy now.

woke up one day when I was maybe 6 weeks pregnant with DS and KNEW it was a boy, the same happened with DD about the same time, I just knew.......

DS1 I knew he was a boy had a boys name in the first ten minuets pf BFP and never picked a girls name. Craved chocolate Gateux, yum!

DD Same again knew she was a girl never even picked a boys name, raved salty foods couldn't go near chocolate or fatty meat like bugers/sosuage

DS2 same again l knew he was a boy, Craved chocolate again yummmmy.

20+4 find out next monday I think a girl Craving seabrooks Prawn cocktail crisps sooo salty and have lost 2st as haven't been near chocolate or burgers in 17 weeks xx

New with absolute clarity the second I dd the test with both dc. And was right!

no i wasnt right with 1st. i thought she was a boy and didnt even consider the fact that she might be a girl!

Was absolutely certain with all 4 and was right.

Was horrendously sick with DDs 1 & 2. Didn't even know I was pregnant with DS until about 20 ish weeks, no sickness whatsoever, no weight gain and he arrived at 28 weeks. Nice short easy pregnancy really. Just a touch of stress afterwards Grin.

Also knew I was pregnant immediately with DD3 who's now 2 after a 12 year gap, and sickness made me sure she was a girl. Amnio at 17 weeks confirmed.

When pg, I dreamed I had a girl and called her Kim.
I had a boy, and didn't call him Kim.

With my 1st pg I had no idea at all... out came a boy.

This pg has been SOO different, I have been bloody rough for the last 8 months. SO when we had sexnig scan I had an idea it was a girl.... And it is :)

Not in the least! Convinced a girl due to loads of MS for 10 weeks, but the scan says boy!

Hilarious - i had a boy!!
Love him, hes gorgeous although did feel odd at first as i had 'bonded' with an imaginary girl! Feel fine now as having the real thing so to speak has bonded us. ;)

I thought I was having a little boy and I am but then 2 of my frineds were totally sure they were also having boys and each has a little girl now...!
