People keep saying your 2nd is bigger and as ds (bless him) was 9lbs, I'm a little concerned. Is there a 'rule' or is it just luck...?
Many thanks.

Mine have got heavier by about 1 1/2 lbs each time...now expecting No4 so on this pattern it should wiegh in at 10lb 9oz...lets hope not...however I think its the baby shape & size of head that determines the pain..No2 had a massive humpty dumpty head and that was hard work until that lovely epi kicked in...No 3 was out in 1/2hr

dd1 - 6.13, 5 days early
dd2 - 8lbs, 10 days late
ds - 8lbs, supposedly on due date but he looked very overdue when born (dry skin, long nails etc)
ds was the easiest birth though, despite having no pain relief and having had epidurals with the girls!
