Hello! This is my first pregnancy and I'm really, really excited but feeling frightened that I don't know anyone else who is pregnant!

I'm 13 weeks and live in Sutton, Surrey. Baby is due on October 1st!

Anyone out there similar to me?! :)

Well the good thing about Moses baskets is that they're not the hardest thing to carry around. You could also leave your current DC in your bed, and put the newborn in the Moses basket INSIDE the existing cot. That would save space...

Ah I see, so it is more dependant on individual needs, although leaving baby to nap without transfering is a big plus. Shock at the tipping over possibility Lady! If I was going to get one I probably would have wanted a rocking one so glad for that tip.

I think I will get both just in case I would like baby to nap in living room, so I can get work done and keep an eye out.

Hey Little Sweep! Yes, I am going to St Helier, I've not seen the maternity ward but everyone has said it's really nice. Have you had your 12 week scan yet? And are you doing the parentcraft classes? xxx
