What do you think to these names we've chosen?

Hello. Mumsnetters have been so fantastic coming up with lists and lists of names for us to ponder.

We've narrowed down our fave boys and girls names although we're pretty certain we'll be having another girl. This is our last baby and we're beside ourselves when it comes to choosing the name/s, this time round it feels like such a huge responsibility!

G- Noemi or Matilda
B- Arthur or Felix

What do you think will he/she has 13 others in their class with the same name?

I like the way you spelt Noemi, my nice is Naomi and 21, theres not many around. Matilda is lovely I know a Matilda and her mum shortens it to Matty!

My DP likes Arthur and my Grandad was Felix so that gets my thumbs up

bubbles - that's exact;y what I thought about both the boys names - they're both cat food brands (or were). Not to say that I don't like them though - perhaps prefer Artie overall and Tillie for a girl.

Where we live lots of Arthurs, Felixes and Tillys, but they are nice names all the same.
Unusual names are hard, because if they are genuinely ususual, people tend to think them ugly (eg Brian, Madge)

If i had another boy i would call him Arthur & if i had another girl i would call her Matilda. I love the names-biased...not me

But the Roald Dahl character is WONDERFUL!

I play around with names too much...which is why I find it too hard to choose them!

FOr instance, Naomi is "I moan" backwards

I wanted to call ds Felix, but dh wouldn't let me because of the cat. I still like it though!
