When did your period return when exclusively breastfeeding?

I feel like it was five and a half months with my first.

My second child is over six months old and still no period! No im not pregnant 🤣

And did you have any signs when it was coming?

2 months both times 😩

Sure it was 8 weeks I thought id get longer !

Straight away I was furious!
Three years later .. still bf thinking of all those periods I could have missed

18 months (feeding twins)
23 months
16 months

I was still feeding on demand each time.

3 kids, between 16 and 18 months after giving birth.

Not for over a year which I was very surprised at as combi fed from day one!

19 months. But I fed a lot.

A glorious 18 months both times!

6 weeks with my first and 6 months with my second.

Me too, with both of my children. Absolute bullshit.

9 months with each of mine. I ebf each of them until at least 6 months (actually apart from my first as the guidance then was to wean earlier).

6 months and was still EBF as he wouldn't wean 😭

Started bleeding with no cramping and was like wtf is this?!?!

I was so shocked they'd come back so soon! Also slightly embarrassed to admit I'm a midwife at this point....🤣
