ALBS she sent me a top for Fri night and a card that cheered me RIGHT up

am on here, pretending to be sorting out the flight tickets but really on here

alittlebitshy · 24/09/2009 20:00

aw that is lovely dizzy. Lovely lovely sazzles

dizzydixies · 24/09/2009 20:15

yes, lovely lovely Sazzles

I got my portraits of the girls through today too -another MNer did pencil sketchs of them for me which we're now going to use as a birthday present for MIL 65th next week - a bargin at £10 each girl!!

oopsacoconut · 24/09/2009 20:23

Hi All just a quick run through as exhaustion has kicked in. Am being a saddo and having a bath and heading for bed! Today's major down was I have gone off garlic bread. I have been a bit panicy todya about every little cramp and pain. I think DH might go mad before I get a scan at this rate, I went to buy a new CB digital to check the numbers had gone up but he gave me a and asked if I didn't have better things to spend my money on. So I skulked away and will secretly buy one tomorrow when he is at work

Sleep well everyone and will catch up again in the morning.

numbers?? have pg tests evolved in the last 2 years?? I was uber impressed that it told me "pregnant" rather than just squinting at lines....

oopsacoconut · 24/09/2009 20:30

yes they now have there ridiculous (sp?) conception indicators - 1-2 weeks, 2-3 weeks and 3+weeks. I wish no one had told me about them.

Before you lot go thinking i have furnished Dizzy with some designer number, it was a fiver from Sainsbo's . Just a plain soft fabric black top with a sort of cowl neck and gathered in on the hips. Probably completely wrong for the night out but hopefully some use when hiding at home

dizzy i presume those are Birmingham flights you are researching?

ALBS there is a long back story to my work (which i bored VG and oops with last weekend ) but it ended up that i am taking a sabbatical until January. Good result for me and the company so we are all
Well done you on the continued feeding after such a tough start. A testament to your perseverance and H sounds like he absolutely adores it which is lovely

CaptainCaveman · 24/09/2009 20:47

hey hey hey! Hope all you ladies are ok, I have no hope of catching up on 4 days worth of posts!

Whats that about a christmas meet up? Are we going carol singing? Where will we meet? oooooh exciting

CaptainCaveman · 24/09/2009 20:47

where you flying to dizzy?

TwilightSurfer · 24/09/2009 20:52

Geez PEESTICKS have evolved. Oops I'd have given DH the finger and bought the blasted thing anyway. They've no clue of pregnant mental issues and body craziness. Best to be content than scared. I'll be thinking about you tomorrow!

Sazzles that top sounds like it would be perfect for Dizzy's night out. Wish I had a friend to loan me something for tonight. I'm still in my pj's (put them back on after pilates and shower).

Reese is walking to each chair in the house and trying to climb in it saying, "sit sit sit sit sit sit" and pointing at the seat.

ALBS that's right you did have BF issues in the beginning. WOW! You are amazing!!

LWFH I've seen you pop on your computer a few times (via Skype). I promise to say hi and introduce my crazy house to you soon. Seems lately there's no time to think let alone chat for a moment.

Now to find me something to wear????

StrictlySazz · 24/09/2009 20:55

Hi cece, nice to see you

TS you will look delightful even with a sack on, go strut your stuff and enjoy

dizzydixies · 24/09/2009 20:55

CC am to Dublin with the girls (just me) in Oct [meep] and then DH and I are off to NY in Nov - the long postponed trip from Feb last year and if we don't go this time we're not fecking going as the very cheap flights have now cost us a fortune

sazz tis lovely, much nicer than a hide at home job

is anyone else cold tonight? I think the heating might be popped on for a wee while later

alittlebitshy · 24/09/2009 20:57

CC it's the mega Mn xmas meetup - we're going en masse!! (but I wonder if we have to mingle with the rest or if we stay in our aug08 clique ). Do come!!! miamla is offering floor space. As am I but I won't be up for a late one as, er, Sundays are a bit busy in our house!!!

hotterpotter · 24/09/2009 21:01

Dizzy and Cece there should be messages for you both on facebook

CaptainCaveman · 24/09/2009 21:07

You mean meet up without the babies! woohoo I mean, how could I possibly leave my little one

hotterpotter · 24/09/2009 21:07

Hello everyone

Am also and a little about the pregnancy sticks. They sure know how to make you shell out in the name of reassurance Although saying that I still have the dozen few cheapo ebay ones I weed on with DS so I could watch it get darker

CaptainCaveman · 24/09/2009 21:12

hotpot can't see a message anywhere....am I being dim as usual?

StrictlySazz · 24/09/2009 21:15

No heating on here as i WILL hold out until Oct . Plus being upside down means we are quite warm now but will freeze our bits off when we go to bed

LOL cece - i get the feeling you might cope, just this once

No email for me then

CaptainCaveman · 24/09/2009 21:16

Sorry to post and run, I'm off to enjoy a well earned sit down in front of mock the week, with a LARGE glass of vino [ahhhhh]. Dh is out, boys are both zzzzing and I'm off tomorrow .

Catch you lovely lot in the morning x

dizzydixies · 24/09/2009 21:16

hots I replied

Miamla have you decided when you're heading this way?!

CaptainCaveman · 24/09/2009 21:17

You're right sazz, I'm sure I will cope..... Where are you staying btw?
Where is the meet up?

alittlebitshy · 24/09/2009 21:21

cc look in active convos. at the top there is an xmas meet up sticky. I think all the inof is on there.....

StrictlySazz · 24/09/2009 21:22

I think with miamla although still haven't broached it with DH as he has the hump because he has to take DD1 to her swimming lesson tomorrow (doesn't have to get in the water ) as i am off out for the afternoon/evening

hotterpotter · 24/09/2009 21:27

No heating on here either, and I am holding out on putting my tights on until after I get back from Majorca

Facebook being weird, no message from you Dizz, and cece we just wanted to know if you fancied a trip to Sheffield on 12 or 13 October? Anyone else who fancies it is welcome too

My internet is playing silly beggars so am off to actually talk to DH instead of just saying 'pardon' and then carrying on mning

Laters
