Sazzles - I took your advice and aimed for Poppy's first birthdday - so our gap would be like yours! I think it is 21 months I was having trouble having enough fingers to count on!

Oops that is such lovely news, bet you're glad you tested now

Have got some quite good bargains today in the Scope shop. There's just so much more to choose from in size 16 rather than 18-20 Got a black Wallis work dress and a beige Next raincoat, both very good condition, a tenner each Not bargainous like chaz shops used to be but still has cheered me no end

hotterpotter · 18/09/2009 20:46

Anyone there?

Sazz mmmmm I love the smell of new carpet Careful with that champagne, although less staining capacity than red wine

oopsacoconut · 18/09/2009 20:55

Heeellllooooo HP

Just been explaining my weight gain to Hotmamas

My mother just rang and asked if I needed to tell her something if asked what she meant she said 'are you pregnant?' I was stunned silent and them mumbles yes. I still can't bring myself not to blush when I speak to my dad - he knows I have been having sex again

VG should be safely ensconced in Bath with her DS1, hopefully out enjoying the great food scene.

OK then off to watch telly and fail in my attempt to not spill red wine anywhere

Laters laydees

hotterpotter · 18/09/2009 20:58

LOL Oops I hope they are really chuffed for you

oopsacoconut · 18/09/2009 21:00

Night from me too - going to wallow in a bath then early to bed as we have a sale tomorrow and it's an early start.

Oops please excuse my nosiness BUT how did your mother know? Did she have some instinctual feeling or did someone tell her??

Reese has a whole bunch of teeth all over her mouth coming in. It's amazing.

DD1 announced that she did not cry to day at school. I rewarded her with a trip to the bakery for a cookie. I picked up some apple cake and cookies as well BUT it was ALL for her.

Blessed Weekend to You ALL!!!

TwilightSurfer · 18/09/2009 21:18

Before I forget, should I be worried that Reese says Here Kitty Kitty for every animal (stuffed or not) and makes a monkey sound for every animal as well. Bit confusing don't you agree. Especially since she's carrying around a stuffed BEAR while she's doing that.

poppysocks · 18/09/2009 21:22

Just popped in quickly to see if there's any news and there is! Of the best sort! Congratulations oops! So, so pleased for you.

oh what lovely news oops, congratulations!

hotterpotter · 19/09/2009 06:54

Flipping DS every morning I've had to get up at 6 for work, he's stayed asleep so DH hasn't had to get up until after 7. Today, when it's my turn to get up with the DC he was awake at 6.15 [grrr] Thankfully managed to restrain myself and didn't drink too much last night so not feeling to bad.

Hope you are all still snoozing

luckoftheirish · 19/09/2009 07:05

I'm here hots but whats new eh?

oopsacoconut · 19/09/2009 07:37

I'm here too but on my way to work in 10mins. Why when I am exhaused and have a full day ahead of my did she wake every 45mins for yell and 'haddo, mama' 'up up up'

SO far she has emptied the dry catfood packet on the floor, unrolled a kitchen roll, hidden her shoes and generally caused havoc!
