She is doing ok thank you Suzi

She is getting alot of help and is actually progressing much better than expected....starting to feed small amounts oraly, lifting her head well, rolling slightly, she is also starting to cry which is nice to hear.

DD1 is cracking me up with the things she is coming out with these days, she is very very firey though, thankfully it blows over and she comes and says sorry straight away. Nursery starts in a few weeks she seems to be looking forward to it.

Happy Birthday to our "babies"! DS2's birthday was today and he was rather bemused by it all. I made a train cake and he got quite upset when I cut into it - he eventually got the idea that it was for eating, not playing with. He's starting to get into dinosaurs now - typical boy. Speech is still not great, but hopefully he'll continue to make progress. Hope all you mums are doing ok too!

ds is enjoying this month very much which started off with his birthday and a big party in his granny's wood with a dinosaur cake and lots of presents. Then his granny's birthday the week after, and he 'helped' open her presents which meant greeting all her guests at the door and taking the presents off them before they got to her .....then my birthday was on saturday and we were at a festival where some friends threw a surprise party for me and ds loved playing musical cushions, and musical statues and pass the parcel........and it's his dad's birthday on saturday, so when i took him back today he's already singing happy birthday to him.
He's a real livewire and very very loving.
We've put him into pants and only had a couple of accidents so far, both times when he was too excited to realise he needed the loo. He has a brilliant imagination and we play all sorts of great games from shopping and cooking elaborate 'meals' to being pirates, or his favourite....Dr Who fighting Daleks!!!
It's so very hard not being with him every day, i'm still finding it hard to come to terms with, but his dad and i are getting on very well.......and ds is a very happy, normal 3 year old.

Just thought I would say hello and see if anyone is still hanging around.

DD started Nursery 2 weeks ago and the change in her has been amazing, she is so full of everything that has gone on in her day, she is not a baby anymore. I have parents evening next week that will be amusing

Olivia is doing well thank you QR I think her sister being a wee busy body is helping her along.

ds now in nursery 2 afternoons a week, started off hating it but is now settled in and enjoying it very much. He's still a lively and happy little chap......
