OMG, OMG, OMG! Congratulations Jam you fertile Myrtle!!! When are you due? When did you find out? Aaagghhhhhhhhhhhh so exiciting!

In other good news my little breech baby has apparently turned. Not engaged so could flip back but at least he is making an effort to behave.

Oh Arti that is good news. Have you decided to go for a natural or roof top?

Well according to the test I am 2-3wks so obviously super early not telling anyone else for quite some time. Or I am going through early menopause which apparently can give you a false positive. Wink

Congratulations Jam, that is fantastic news Grin

And good to hear baby Arti has turned

I too want a new baby, feeling very broody right now!

DD2 got her school place, as we thought she would, so now I just need to sort after school care for her, which is a whole other issue I'll bore you with some time. I hope everyone else's applications come good, and your DD1s school get an excellent new head Arti

Hons I can't believe L has lost 2 teeth already, although wasn't she the first on the thread to get teeth? It makes me feel a bit queasy, I'm not looking forward to reaching that phase

Welcome back Beans, glad you had a lovely holiday

Congratulations Jam Grin.

Ds2 got into ds1's school. Phew.

DS2 got his school place.

DS1 has lost 4 teeth recently, all along the bottom so he has a large gap with 1 adult tooth stucking up. DS2 is desperate to get wobbly teeth like his brother.

Hello lovely ladies

Jam - wow! Congrats! (In a fingers crossedy sort of way Grin)

Thanks for the birthday wishes. Am only poking my beak around the door as it's WEDNESDAY and yet again I haven't done my Italian prep...

Hope to come back tomorrow.

Rubes - what's happened? Why such a bad day?

Jam - am I right that you will be having another Dec baby? That means its FIVE years since we must all have started gathering with our BFPs on the first Dec 08 thread. Wow!

Hons - that is incredible about your DD1's teeth. She's lost more than my DD1 who is 6 and a half! She is the opposite of me, I still have a milk tooth and didn't lose anything before I was 8. My non-PC 1980s dentist labelled my "dentally retarded".

ZJ - join us! Get up duffed!

Good news on all these school results. We got our first choice which is the controversial free school. I am so shocked we got it and although its good news I cried as I felt so disloyal to DD1's school. I think it's my hormones but I feel v odd about the whole situation.

Jam wowsa! Hurrah for more babies! What brilliant news :)

I have been doing some successful germinating of my own on the quiet, and am very pleased about it. Wink

Three of the little seeds I planted have started to grow. Morning glory, of all things Grin how apposite! def no no.3 for us, man I am a crap mum. S just winds me up so effectively, we put away their little TV as she was repeatedly behaving appallingly and are trying to get her to earn it back - she needs 5 good behaviour stickers. She is fine up until 7pm then just turns into a laughing cheeky rude little demon, and will not listen to anything I say. Ended up wrestling her into bed with no bath and saying we'd try again tomorrow. Her current favourite reply to being asked to do anything is "if you're not nice to me you can't come to my party", which is pretty silly given that a) she won't be having a birthday party for 9 months, and b) we do the inviting for her...

Teeth coming out already? That's scary! So what is the going rate from the tooth fairy at the moment? Arti dentally retarded is kinda funny... I have 2 adult teeth that never came through next to the canines so there's a weird looking gap on both sides. I can stick my tongue through it which is a fairly lame party trick Hmm but hey maybe it saves on toothpaste?!

Rubes hope your day picks up - sorry to hear it's been a bad'un.

Jam, wonderful news on the nipper. Fingers crossed.

We got our school too (relieved). I was worried I'd not filled in the form correctly or something but it was fine.

Teeth - M had an accident which loosened all 4 of his top teeth. Happily, having eaten mush for the last 6 months they are still in. He has lost a bottom one, though this was more to do with his sister's elbow than nature. We lose our teeth early in our family though. DD1 (8) has lost 10, DD2 (6) has lost 7 and M has lost 1. I had lost all my baby ones by the age of 10. Good things for the kids is that it means the braces can start that much earlier.

Right, supper.

Rubes you okay??

Shitty day here too, DS hit his teacher. Don't know why I was pleased he got his school place he will be excluded by Christmas. I am properly f*^€ked off with everything. Seriously I've had enough of him, right now I've never regretted having him more.
