went to pals last night and had lovely Lebanese food - was fine :) other pal with 7 wknd old confirmed gassy theory too with a horror tale of too many sprouts at xmas and a terrible time with her lo. and my mum told me today she had to watch what she ate. though our doctor host last night pulled a face and said old wives tale! it's only been stuff that gives me bad wind but spicy stuff seems ok. MIL and grapes honey?? wtf?! and fizzy milk lol!
met a friends new girlfriend who I now love who's an ante and post natal physio! hijacked her for post section exercise tips! she did say that (and I'm whispering) there is still a school of thought that a nip of brandy an hour before feeding an EXTREMELY fussy baby helps and is ok. but I didnt just write that! so didn't feel too bad after sipping a bit of cava last night. ( only braved a few sips!) however she also reckoned food wouldn't affect baby 
re period - my blood loss has suddenly returned and seems just like a period tho not v heavy - possible after 3 wks or still bleeding?
