If you have ever been to Kingswood you might think the turkeys just voted for christmas

sfxmum · 07/05/2010 01:08

Feck

Clary · 07/05/2010 01:08

Yes hung parliament not looking so hopeful now...

That's bad at Kingswood.

ReshapeWhileDamp · 07/05/2010 01:08

Aw, Neil Kinnock. I heart him.

MissMarjoribanks · 07/05/2010 01:08

My defining memory of 1992 was Tories taking Basildon and us all going to bed because we knew they had won the election and looks like they are going to win it again. Bugger.

DH now got his feet up, drinking beer and looking smug.

Jaquelinehyde · 07/05/2010 01:09

OK I give up, I am now resigned to a Tory government for the next 5 years.

My life is about to get very hard, I just wish people would consider others more when voting

LaurieFecktheToriesCake · 07/05/2010 01:09

COME ON TORBAY!

RedRedApples · 07/05/2010 01:09

God I love Kinnock who else would quote Mary Tudor on election night

TheFirstLady · 07/05/2010 01:09

Torbay - held phew!

ReshapeWhileDamp · 07/05/2010 01:10

Phew. Torbay not gone blue then.

Jaquelinehyde · 07/05/2010 01:11

lib dem hold thank-god!

auberginesrus · 07/05/2010 01:11

Lib dems hold Torbay

1.1 swing LD to con

BecauseIAgreeWithGordon · 07/05/2010 01:11

Why is it now looking like a Tory majority? Can someone please explain to me?

PinkFuschia · 07/05/2010 01:11

Yes!!!!!!! Fuck off Tories! Swing from Con to LD. Thank you Labour supporters.

animula · 07/05/2010 01:12

Well done, torbay.

Clary · 07/05/2010 01:12

Oh OK torbay looking better. 1.1% swing away from Tories and it was their 57th target (I think)

epithet · 07/05/2010 01:12

The good people of Torbay swung 1.1% Con TO LibDem. Rah!

aloevera · 07/05/2010 01:12

BecauseIAgreeWithGordon, I think they can just feel it in their waters.

Pendulum · 07/05/2010 01:13

jacquelinehyde that's the Tories for you. Voting by self-interest.

CristinaTheAstonishing · 07/05/2010 01:13

Putney now, shall we guess?

auberginesrus · 07/05/2010 01:13

BIAWG

Its because of the size of the swing to the conservatives in the constituencies that have already declared.

Chap on BBC now saying that Torbay puts a check on the conservative advance though, if they can't take LD seats they need to take more labour

monkeysmama · 07/05/2010 01:13

Just seen my ex boss standing like a dick on the platform for UKIP in Brixham! What a shock.
