Just starting this so that we can all post our thoughts throughout the day.

My wish for today is that as many people as possible GO OUT AND VOTE.

I cannot vote as I have been living abroad for over 15 years so if anyone wants to vote for me, I would like to vote for Gordon Brown. Voting by MN proxy

Gracious winner, good girl!

toccatanfudge · 06/05/2010 22:52

so predicted labour win - but smaller majority yes?

ASecretLemonadeDrinkerDAVE · 06/05/2010 22:53

Fookin' hell, 19,000!

mspotatochip · 06/05/2010 22:53

I am public sector and unfortunately in a nice little outsourceable niche job. I will take a pay freeze even cut and would be in a dreadful tizzy if unison asked me to strike against it (lifelong union supporter)

toccatanfudge · 06/05/2010 22:54

DreamsInBinary · 06/05/2010 22:54

Turnout of 55.3% not great, though?

toccatanfudge · 06/05/2010 22:55

mind just looking at those BNP figures - although high they are down 1.7% from last time round - so at least less support.....

bratnav · 06/05/2010 22:55

Hang on I am confused about the exit poll, will the result change as results come in?
