gordon to win woo woo ...

hybred77 · 15/04/2010 22:07

ooo the shaking hand thing at the end is a bit weird

Brollyflower · 15/04/2010 22:07

Oh, I see I just meant I was expecting Dave to do a giant MN wink at camera or something when mentioning Riven. Just being facetious really .

UnquietDad · 15/04/2010 22:07

It looked as if DC said "stay on the stage" and NC obeyed!

JustineMumsnet · 15/04/2010 22:07

Don't know about you but I need some respite care at this point. Please take our post-debate poll and tell us what you think. (Calm down Alistair will ya!)

"You don't need to continue wasting money in order to secure the recovery." DC That sums it up for me.

I don't care who has the reddest face or who did or did not give a personal take on this. Both DC and GB have done this re their children at various points, and GB lead the way with his 'tears with Piers'. Not relevant, might have been if DC had resisted teh temptation to follow GB's usual dubious lead.

But listening to the substance of what was said, DC clear winner.

jonicomelately · 15/04/2010 22:07

NC did do well twinset.

TDiddy · 15/04/2010 22:08

"Did they wheel Cameron out of Madame Tussauds's?"

MorocconOil · 15/04/2010 22:08

DC is a complete tosser!

Sky saying the viewer poll put DC as coming out best by quite a margin.

TheHeathenOfSuburbia · 15/04/2010 22:08

zisforzebra I suspect NC was thinking, 'yay! I didn't f*ck up!' hence the grin

AmpleBosom · 15/04/2010 22:09

DC the clear winner? No way

hybred77 · 15/04/2010 22:09

lol sabs1981 just rewound to see v funny

morningpaper · 15/04/2010 22:09

Aw, I wanted them to swap shirts

wastwinsetandpearls · 15/04/2010 22:09

I did listen to the substance and think Nick Clegg did the best. I think Brown did better than I thought he would and Cameron was very disapointing.

TDiddy · 15/04/2010 22:09

I hope that we get Sam Cam vs Miriam vs "Tweeter" Sarah footballer wife style.

Sarah: ...cos he Gordie is my main man.....

wastwinsetandpearls · 15/04/2010 22:10

What viewer poll?

hybred77 · 15/04/2010 22:10

as murdoch owns sky they would say DC won

TDiddy · 15/04/2010 22:11

wastwinsetandpearls - i agree that Cleggover should benefit the most from this one.

jonicomelately · 15/04/2010 22:11

Let's see how honest the media 'analyse' this now.

Brollyflower · 15/04/2010 22:11

I'm also remembering why we don't watch much ITV as the news just started.

Volcanic Ash: What does it mean? . No need for parody, they do it themselves

Page62 · 15/04/2010 22:11

itv news now will reveal the winner from a poll post the debate

i am clearly minority here, but i think this will say DC did came across best

Wigeon · 15/04/2010 22:11

Ah- just found out how they are working out who "won" - ITV doing a telephone poll which I actually signed up for through an online survey website thingie I'm a member of. So just got an automatic message from the ITV producer with an automated poll about the debate.
