agree re Galloway.

but rather like Gove.

omnishambles · 15/04/2010 17:26

I lvoe that famous Osborne quote about his school (Eton) not being that elitist because pupils fathers ran the whole social gamut from lords to solicitors...

George Osborne, for example, is a twat

Itsjustafleshwound · 15/04/2010 17:29

If we include past ones, my vote would go for Neil Hamilton

What about the slimeballs in UKIP - Nigel SS... and the permatan one ...Kilroy ..

SethStarkaddersMum · 15/04/2010 17:38

I thought Osborne went to St Pauls?
and was mocked for being an oik by his friends in the Bullingdon.

omnishambles · 15/04/2010 17:42

so he did - no wonder there was such a big social mix

BaconandEgg · 15/04/2010 17:42

Gordon Brown. The fake smile, the bizarre jaw ... Whilst I think it's important to understand the parties' stances on various issues, there is absolutely no way I can watch the debate tonight. 90 minutes of Gordo would drive me absolutely insane.

lincstash · 15/04/2010 17:44

Oh thats easy. You could easily rattle off Harriet Harman, the antimale bigot, or Jackie Smith the Incompetent, or Alan Ainsworth, the Useleess Defence Secretary but the easy winner is......

Peter Mandelson. A slimy, conniving two faced liar who has spent 20 years lining his own pocket with public money, and has actually bee ejected from public office twice for dishonest. Spent his entire time in Brussels selling us down the river and stabbing us in the back, whilst filling his own pockets by selling favours and patronage, and using his public position for his own person advancement.

Rotten, corrupt, untrustworthy, dishonest and thoroughly vile to the core, there is no one more repulsive than Peter Mandelson.

SethStarkaddersMum · 15/04/2010 17:48

he belongs in the court of Henry VIII really, Mandelson.

TheFirstLady · 15/04/2010 17:55

I like Peter Mandelson.

Agree with Riven though, David Mellor is possibly the most repulsive politician ever to hold office.
But George Osborne is a close second.

ImSoNotTelling · 15/04/2010 18:08

nicholas soames, surely.

noddyholder · 15/04/2010 18:15

Nick griffin and that little Yvette woman

scarletlilybug · 15/04/2010 18:34

No one mentioned Tony Blair yet?

Peter Mandelson.

Alastair Campbell. .

Gordon Brown.

Harriet Harman.

Ed Balls.

Austin Mitchell.

Sarah Teather.

Can't remember his name, but the "my house is like Balmoral" bloke.

Michael Gove

said · 15/04/2010 18:37

Oliver Letwin - ohgod, there's loads.

You won't see much of Osborne now though, he'll put on back-burner until election is over. Ditto Gove.

said · 15/04/2010 18:40

Loads of repulsive ones, I mean. Osborne is very definitely repulsive.

GetOrfMoiLand · 15/04/2010 18:40

Margaret Thatcher

Shaun Woodward

GetOrfMoiLand · 15/04/2010 18:41

David Davies

Oh and how can we all be seriously considering voting in a bunch of Bullingdon rahs?

How did this happen? Is it the 1920s again?

Kathyjelly · 15/04/2010 18:46

George Galloway meeowing like a cat. Still makes me cringe.

sfxmum · 15/04/2010 18:53

Oliver Letwin is funny in the way that Boris is funny don't mind them for entertainment value but rather not have them in power

now Soames really is a throwback utterly up somewhere in uber posh rank of poshdonia

Piffle · 15/04/2010 18:54

Michael Portillo

Hassled · 15/04/2010 18:57

George Osbourne is positively cuddly, reasonable, approachable and pleasant next to Nick Griffin. They both make me shudder, but Griffin is in a whole league of his own in the Prince of Darkness stakes.

HesterPrynne · 15/04/2010 18:57

Osborne always looks to me like a drag queen just out of his frock, but his mouth still holding the pout.

said · 15/04/2010 18:59

YES, to Osborne being like a drag queen! I imagine him in powdered wigs as well. I am positive he dyes his hair.

MarthaFarquhar · 15/04/2010 19:00

nigel farage

GetOrfMoiLand · 15/04/2010 19:02

Urgh Boris Johnson.

Now it always used to make me when people said about BJ's buffoon image 'oh no he is uber intelligent'. I thought if he was that blood intelligent he would have orked out that he comes across as a complete twat.

Perhaps you just have to be one of the braying upper middle classes to get him.
